24 Mysterious black mist (2)

" Little Ya, Nothing will happen to me. You are scared because you don't know what it is. But, it is not as scary as you think." He Jian patiently explains to her and teases her " When did my sister become a scared cat?"

He Mei Ya knows that it is not scary. But, she could not stop worrying about her brother.

In her past life, after their parents died the only person who cared about her and protected her with his life is her brother. She knew how hard he worked just to provide a good life for her. He never complained about anything.

She watched his years of struggle helplessly as she is too young to help him. He taught her everything and molded her into a fiery independent woman.

She vowed to protect him with her life.. But, they both died in the hands of their trusted friend..

He Mei Ya looked at her brother worriedly as he closed his eyes.

The black ball floating above his thumb changes into a blazing red fire ball.

The ball on his second finger disappears as a gale flows around them.

The third ball changes into a white ball of light.

The fourth and fifth ball change into silver blue and brown colour...

What the hell is this damn crazy phenomenon???

A single black mist changing into fire, ice, wind, earth attributes.. and also into magic as per his requirement.

On seeing this, He Mei Ya becomes dumb-founded and stares at him like a goldfish. She strongly feels that she made a mountain out of a molehill.

" Why did you not tell me before?" He Mei Ya puffs with anger.

" I told you that it is not a bad thing. You started crying before I can speak further." He Jian sighed helplessly.

" This black mist is surely powerful. But, we don't know what it is. Better be careful than sorry." He Mei Ya still feels a knot in her heart.

" I know. That is the reason I need to go the place Mo Tian Ju mentioned." He Jian says this as a glint of determination passes through his eyes.

" I am going with you." He Mei Ya declares.

" No, I am going alone. You don't even know about that place. It is dangerous to go there with your current strength." He Jian rejected mercilessly.

" So what.. I will cultivate for a week. I will then be able to accompany you. I am not staying here."

" Little Ya, It is not as simple as it seems. The journey to that island itself takes many months. If we both leave, what about our family here? Who will take care of them?" He Jian spoke resolutely leaving no room for discussion " I need you to stay here and take good care of them. We promised each other that we will take good care of them."

He Mei Ya stayed silent; a silent form of her approval.
