23 Mysterious black mist(1)
He Mei Ya scrutinized her brother deeply while rubbing her chin. He Jian involuntarily shivered under her gaze. " Little Ya..?"
Currently He Jian is looking at her as if she is a rouge violating a little flower. He Mei Ya's lips twitched " Bro... You look more handsome than before."
He Jian covered his chest with an exaggerated expression on his face.
" Bro.. how come your looks are more alluring than before" He Mei Ya laughed softly " I am not joking.. Have a good look at yourself."
He Mei Ya observed He Jian's face clearly. His skin turned into pale white as if blood is drained from his skin. But, this did not make him look weak. The pale color of his skin made his originally red lips look like a bright red rose on snow.
That handsome face is now adorned with a black and silver blue lotus between his brows which made it difficult to look away from him.
What divine lotus.. He Mei Ya clearly liked this black and silver blue lotus more than her multi-colored lotus. That shiny silver blue with black lining is giving the impression of an evil spirit.
On seeing her 'worship mode' face, He Jian smirked.
On seeing her brothers once gentle and handsome face with that evil smirk, He Mei Ya suddenly felt a pain in her heart.

He Mei Ya is caught off guard with this sudden development as she does not have any knowledge of this black mist. She feels anxious and afraid in her heart and suddenly holds his hands " Big brother.. What is that black mist. Are you alright? "
On seeing the worry on her face, He Jian's face softens and consoles her " Even I don't know. But, there is no problem with my body for now. Don't worry."
He Mei Ya instantly flares up " How can I not worry about you. Let's go back to meet grandfather. He may know what is wrong with you."
" Little Ya, let me finish. Mo Tian Ju told me of a place. I may know what is going on within me after visiting that place. Even he is not able to identify my condition, so it is impossible for grandfather."

On hearing his words, He Mei Ya's eyes redden and tears slowly traces her cheeks and fall on his fingers which are trapped in her hands.
He Jian becomes panicked and immediately hugs her saying " Stupid girl, Don't cry. It's not as if I am going to die. It is something we don't know. That's all. My master said that I will definitely be able to cure it after visiting that place. With him taking care of me, what can be possibly wrong."
He Mei Ya did not speak anything and tightened her arms around his waist.
