Society has evolved so that those with magic are seen as demi-gods while those without it fill in the jobs that are needed to keep it running. Magic is available to the rich and powerful of society, they selectively breed to increase the chance of their heirs inheriting strong magical genes. A military officer with the code name 'Ares' was experimented on heavily following the discovery of magic in a lab in America. That was 80 years ago, Ares is still only 20 and although he is unable to use magic can be considered the most deadly entity in existence.... Around 3 chapters a week.
