1 sour B-Day

Today is February 29th 2016 - ENTRY START -

I really can't tell you what life is like for me. Honestly if you asked i'd think of any reason why I don't have an answer, whether it made sense or not.

Well I guess I could answer that question with one word, DESPAIR. - ENTRY END -

"Ugh, man this Fucking blows!"

June yelled as he closed his laptop. It was a leap year and one of the things he hated most in life.

"What are you yelling about in here?"

Said Mary as she busted into June's room. Mary was a staff working at the group home June was living in.

"Oh Ms.Mary, guess what today is!"

Shouted June exitedly.

"I don't know or care but for your sake please tell me."

Mary said this in a sarcastic way that made her blonde hair wave around her pale face. At the same time she clapped both her hands together as if to beg.

"Woah, you really could have stopped at you didn't know!"

Exclaimed June.

"Yea, whatever if your not gonna say it then get up and do your chore and don't forget to make your bed first."

Yelled Ms.Mary from down a hallway with four doors on each side.

"Maybe i should just go back to sleep?"

Muttered June as he grabs his laptop off his desk and laid on his bed.

- ENTRY RE-START - Today is February 29th 2016. Today I guess i just turned four according to the leap year calander but its been sixteen years since i was born. Oh yea i guess since im gonna be doing these entry things i can note That Nobody else Knows its My birthday.

"Hey June what you doing all alone in there?"

"Huh, whos there?"

said June as he looked around the dark room he was in. With nothing but a single door visible to him he looked around confused.

"It's your birthday isn't it? So why don't you come outside and play?"

June heard this before but he couldn't tell, was it coming from the other side of that door?

"But no one even knows its my birthday! Thats why i hate leap years, if it wasn't for that maybe i would have been able to live a normal life with a family. I'd even be able to have a birthday party for once!"

"But you can, you dont have to hate leap year's your so special you get to stay young forever."

Said the voice while at the same time the door opened slowly to reveal a middle aged woman wearing a blue shirt with a shark on it, with brown hair down to her shoulders, she wore glasses but her face was blurry.

"Its your birthday don't let yourself get down no matter what, now come lets celebrate!!"

Said the woman to June with an extended hand.

"Ugh... I guess i really fell asleep. Shit i forgot my chore!"

said June as he rubbed his eyes and walked down the hallway to the where the rest of the kids in the grouphome were hanging out.

"What happened! I thought i called you out hours ago?"

Yelled Ms.Mary.

"It's only been like fourty minutes, i fell back asleep"

Explained June with a sincere look on his face.

"Did i ask! your chore was done by Derek already, so go back to sleep if your in the mood to be lazy!"

Yelled Ms.Mary.

"Yea just go back to sleep, Not like your gonna get your allowance this week anyways HAHAHA!"

Mocked Derek with an obnoxious laugh.

"Alright Derek thats enough I told you not to say anything now you dont get it. June hurry up and go to the front or you will miss your ride to school."

Said Ms.Mary with an annoyed look on her face.

"Ok I'll get going...um...Bye have a good day."

Said June as he slowly walked out the door.

"What did i even expect, well i guess I'll forget about it at school."

"Hey, hurry up will you Fuck i was just about to leave too!"

Jeff was a staff in charge of school transportation. He usually dropped kids off in a grey mini van.

"Hey Jeff drop me off right here yea? I dont want people seeing me get out of this trash van."

Said one of the kids in the van.

"Yup, hurry and get off because There is a car behind us."

Said Jeff.

"Thanks! I'll see you after school!"

exclaimes the kids as he got out of the van and ran across the street.

It was a quiet drive after the last two kids were dropped off then it was June's turn.

"Right here is fine."

Said June while the van was stopped at a red light a block from his school.

"No you made me wait so you don't get to choose!"

"But I'll be late, you already decided to drop me off last when my school is the closest!"

Yelled June as he pulled open the door.

"Look kid, close the door or im gonna get out of the car and pull you back in myself!"

"What the Fuck do you mean!? KID!! my name is June you drop me off at school everyday and im getting off here thanks for the ride!"

"Get back here!"

Jeff yelled before running after June and pulling him back towards the van.

"What is the point of you driving me one block! Let me go i'm already late!"

Said June as Jeff threw im in the van and closed the door.

Jeff drove to the front of the school where a crowd of kids were rushing in the gate.

"Thanks for the ride."

Said June as he got out of the van and started walking to the front gate of the school he was attending.

June was a sophomore at a school called banadena high in the city banadena.

"Hey June! Next time wake up on time!!"

Yelled Jeff from the van.

"You didn't know it's my birthday either."

Muttered June as he continued to walk with his head down.
