"Where's Annie, she's supposed to be our medic!" yelled Mirage, reloading her rocket launcher.

"She went off to buy doughnuts," replied Gun, chopping off the head of another demon with his oversized sword.

"Whatever, we're almost at the demon king's castle, we can just count this as another of Annie's failed missions. One more and she's terminated." Joker smiled as she threw her dagger and pinned the forehead of a demon onto a tree.

"I see the castle!" Annie shouted, catching up from behind the three of them. She held a doughnut in her mouth as she swung from branch to branch.

"There you are! Restore me with a healing potion! I'm poisoned!" Mirage shouted, while shooting her ropes from tree to tree.

"Okay!" Annie tossed a small vial of green liquid to Mirage. After she drank it, her scratches disappeared.

"We're there! Comb the castle for that damned demon!" Gun shouted as they entered through the front gate.

"I found him!" echoed Joker's voice from one of the hallways five minutes after their entrance. The demon king was trembling in a corner, with his garment pinned to the wall with one of Joker's daggers. Two fresh marks were on his face on both sides of his mouth, being cut upwards making a creepy, bloody, smile, just like Joker's.

"Joker, you've got to stop cutting the targets, or else you'll be terminated." Gun gave Joker a hit on the head.

"Okay, but habits are hard to break..." Joker smiled at the demon king. The demon king was cowering in fear, crying snot and salty tears.

"P-please...Please let me live...I'll live nicely from now on...I-AAAAAGGGGGHHH!" Mirage fired a shot right next to the demon king's ear, leaving a hole in the wall.

"Too late. Chat with Yama in hell. Bye~!" And with that, Joker threw a dagger at his neck, cutting it in a perfect line. His body dropped, dead.

[Mission: 'Eliminate the Demon King' has been completed. Transferring to base...]

In the blink of an eye, the team of four found themselves in the familiar dark room with only one light and one table.

"Since Team Fishsticks has arrived, we will proceed with the review of The League of Just Villains, the dumbest thing this System has made." Gumiho, also known as number 1, sat at the head of the table, where only four seats were vacant among the twenty. Annie, Joker, Gun, and Mirage sat at their respective places.

"We will go with myself first. I, Gumiho, have successfully completed 698 missions, 345 team missions and 353 solo missions. I have 302 missions left. Let's give him a round of applause." Gumiho smiled, clapping the most enthusiastically among the ones seated at the table. Gumiho was known as number 1 because he completed the most missions and was closest to reincarnation.

"Next, Annie, of Team Fishsticks, the team with the dumbest name. Our number 2. You have completed 339 team missions and 312 solo missions, with a total of 651 missions completed. Surprisingly, she is the dumbest person in the League. Next."

"I don't know how Gumiho leads the League with such a trashy mouth," whispered Annie to Joker.

"I know right." Gumiho glared at the two, then resumed.

"Of Team Kiss Kiss Fall in Anime, Kill'im has completed a total 646 missions, coming in third. Let's clap for the top 3." The League clapped in an unenthusiastic manner.

"Team Review. Team I'm a Fangirl, consisting of me, Hella, Orion, and Biranca. Our next mission is tomorrow, eliminating an underground gang. Team Kiss Kiss Fall in Anime, your next mission is in 4 days, eliminate the evil emperor of Qidian kingdom. Team Fishsticks, your mission is in 8 days, eliminating the CEO of The Black Group. Team Fungus Amongus, your mission is in 5 days. Eliminate the Blue Witch. And last and least, Team Yellow Submarine, your mission is in 3 hours, so go prepare. I hope you fail and get terminated. That's it. Meeting dismissed." Gumiho gathered up his papers and turned, about to open the door to his room, when suddenly Joker grabbed his arm. She smiled, giving him the chills.

"You said that if Annie doesn't get terminated you'll tell us your story." Joker giggled while pulling Gumiho back to the table. "So its story time."

"I also said that if she buys a doughnut, the deal's over." He pulled away from Joker, ready to go back when Gun also grabbed his arm.

"Overruled," smirked Annie. "Sit down and obediently tell your story."

"...Fine, but everyone else must tell theirs too," Gumiho said loudly, before the rest of the meeting could escape. 16 pairs of eyes glared at him. The League of Just Villains once again sat down.

"Who's going first?" asked, Quinn, reapplying her lipstick.

"Why don't we go by ranking? Lowest to highest?" Gumiho said, obviously attacking Joker.

"Sure, I'll go. But Quinn's next so I'm fine." Joker and Quinn hated each other's guts. They could not stand within 3 feet of each other before starting a cat fight.

Joker smiled before she started.

"Once upon a time..."
