"Has it already been a week?" I asked, as I walked out of the stupid cocoon.

"Yes, master. Someone is here to meet you." Elder Sword said, as he moved to the side.

I then saw Laurel run into my hands, and I saw her face full of tears.

I was extremely confused, I didn't tell her anything at all about what was going on, so why was she crying?

"I thought you died. I felt so many strong Auras around the compound so I thought something bad was happening to you. Then, the sect master wouldn't let me meet you." She said, as she continued crying.

Ah, that actually made a little sense.

"Laurel, while I appreciate you being worried, move. I need to go train now." I said, as I pushed her to the side slightly.

"Can't you stay just for tonight? I feel totally disconnected from you." She said, while sniffling a little.

"No. I need to go train. Maybe later." I said, as I walked out to meet Jiang Chen and left a crying Laurel.

"Brother Feng. Do you need something?" He asked as he stopped his cultivation when he saw me near him.

"Have you mastered your Dragon Transformation technique to the 7th level?" I asked a rhetorical question. I already knew he did.

"Yes, I just did 2 days ago."

"Awesome. You must also know of the Body tempering technique then. Make pills for me to help cultivate them more easily." I instructed.

"Brother Feng…there aren't any pills for the lower levels. It only starts at the 4th Realm (Qi-Mansion, I will introduce body cultivation realms soon)."

"Fine, then make some to ease the pain." I said, but was stopped again.

"If you don't feel the full pain, you won't see the full effects brother Feng." He said.

What the fuck? I have to feel pain while cultivating?

I wanted to say no thanks, but wouldn't that be stupid? I am clearly my own battle power away for no reason.

I don't want there to be a day where I am not as strong as I can be.

I know I have manipulation, but it would be unwise of me to think that this skill will always be useful. What if I have to fight a being without a soul? I can't manipulate a non-living thing.

Ego-Weapons are considered living and non living at the same time, what if one of my realm tries to attack me? Wouldn't I just die.

Battle power is extremely important.

A strong will…dam, I will have to research this further in the future.

I will try and figure something out. Maybe I can split a piece of my soul and let it take the pain, build a will up and absorb it back or something.

But splitting my soul is risky.

I am in way confident about that, since I know myself. The second I find out I am a clone, I will try and become the main body.

But just to be safe…let's do this. I don't want this fuckers battle power to be catching up to me.

"Yes master." He said, as I felt myself benign warped.

"So, all fancy movements are useless. Every single one of them are useless, if you can't do the most basic of killing your opponent. Now master, I need you to wear this." He said, as he passed an item to me.

"What is that for." I asked.

While you have to keep in mind I will not allow you to die no matter what, so this training is not 100% effective, but you still need to kill someone without Qi.
