6 Unwanted Visitor

"... ... ... Sit here..."

He tapped for her to sit right beside him on the bed, and Sophia sat down as he asked her to, then he leaned to the side and hugged her, surprising her that she ended up falling on her back and making Douglas be on top of her

He wasn't saying anything since hugging her and resting his head on her chest was already enough to satisfy him

When she looked down, she saw that her maid uniform was open all the way down to her midriff, completely exposing her bra that hid her decent chest, and she hurriedly buttoned up her uniform and got out of the bed without waking Douglas

Then she felt that something was holding her skirt, and she noticed that he was holding it in his sleep, which made her form a gentle smile. She made him let go of her skirt and covered him with a blanket

"Sweet dreams, my dear prince"

She gently caressed his hair and lightly kissed him on the lips. Then she picked up her apron and put it back on, and as she did that, she looked again at the window this time as if she had seen moving outside

She closed her eyes, went and opened the door and left the room, closing the door back as she left, until it was completely shut, and her muffled steps turned fainter as she walked away

And when a minute had passed since she had left, a hand and arm appeared from the outside of the window. The hand then made a circle in the glass without making a sound and removed the cut part, the hand then went through the hole and unlocked the window lock, the window was open and someone entered the room through it

The person didn't say anything as he silently approaches Douglas who was soundly asleep, when he was standing right beside the bed, the person raised both of his hands, and the moonlight was reflected on the blade in his hand

But before he could do anything, his right wrist and elbow was pierced by a throwing knife making him drop the dagger as his right arm became completely useless, then his left arm was immobilized and the dagger that was supposed to hit the ground was being pointed to his throat

"*Low voice* Do not resist, or else be ready to face a world of pain"

"*Low voice* For a maid you have good skills to be able to hurt and immobilize me, but don't think you can win against me when it comes to raw strength"

"*Low voice* You think you are stronger than me?"

"*Low voice* There's no way a maid like you is stronger than a professional assassin Hnngg!... Huh?"

The man had tried to break free, but he wasn't even able to budge his left arm, making the man confused, and the maid said one last thing before knocking the man out

"*Low voice* You better have all the answers for our questions because if it was by me, I would just end your life right here, right now, for your attempt against the life of my future husband *Starts strangling the man*"

"Ghhhhhh!!! Mmmmmggggghhhh!!!... Mmmmggggghhhh!... Nnnnngggg... *Passes out*"

"*low voice* This should do the job for now"

And she threw the man over her shoulder and carried him out of the room, and outside the room, Maria was waiting for her

"Good job in there, Sophia-san"

"Thank you for the compliment, Maria-san"

"No, you really did great protecting your future husband *Snickering*"

"*Twitches* !!! Y, y, y, you heard w, what I s, said in there?"

Sophia dropped the guy she carried out of Douglas' room and tightened the grip on the dagger she was holding, then she was about to slash Maria before someone stopped the two from fighting

"... No, ma'am..." *Blushing a little*

"Jokes aside. Maria"

"Yes, head maid!"

"Now is your turn to deal with this situation"

And Maria left as she dragged the assassin away by the legs, leaving the head of the battle maid and Sophia in front of the door to Douglas' room

"Here, you may want to clean any blood splatter on the floor while they fresh before they become a pain to remove later on"

"Thank you, ma'am"

The head maid had passed her cleaning tools, and she didn't lose any time, as right after receiving them she went back inside to Douglas' room to clean the blood

"... She really loves him, huh"

And the head maid left towards the interrogation room that Maria had dragged the man to

Inside Douglas' room

Sophia silently cleaned the floor and fixed the glass with magic, closed and locked the window, after doing all that she approached the sleeping prince and caressed his hair again

"Anything for you, my love"

"Yes... I love you too..."

"Eh?... !!!"

Douglas who felt her caressing his hair ended waking up, though he was still very sleepy, and Sophia who just called him her love, blushed intensely as she froze from embarrassment, she looked to the side for a brief moment after looking back at him

"... D, do you w, want m, me t, to do s, something f, for you, d-de... Douglas-sama?..."

"... I... Want you... To sleep... With me... Today..."

"... A, as you wish..."

She then undressed her apron and mobcap once again, and this time she had also removed her daggers' scabbards from her thighs.
