Chapter 82

When I open my eyes, I get off the bed and go down to the kitchen. It has been a while since I cooked something for myself. Yasaka spoils me with her ability to cook delicious food, and I enjoy her cooking every second, especially when she wears only an apron while cooking.

In the end, we eat outside every time she does that, but my words still stand. I enjoy every second of it.

I shake my head and take a bag of frozen dumplings. I put them into boiling water and made the sauce for the dumplings. It only takes a few minutes, and I have a bowl of dumplings. As I sit on the chair and get ready to eat one of the dumplings, a familiar blue screen appears in front of me.

I quickly press the Y button and put the dumpling into my mouth. However, it is a bad idea as a rush of knowledge gets inside my head, and my body feels as if it was burned from the inside out. I can feel a hot flame going through my body as if it were ready to burn me from the inside out.

I fall to the ground, clutching my head and heart as I cannot even scream because there is no sound coming out of my mouth. I don't know how long the pain is going to last, but the pain is so intense darkness takes me away.

While Ryan is unconscious inside his home, he does not realize his soul screams, and all the dragons in this world can hear it. His soul utters one single word.

"DOVAHKIIN!"

From the weakest dragon to the strongest dragon, they can hear that word. They knew that word meant Dragonborn but did not know what it truly meant. They only know that Dovahkiin is Dragonborn but do not know the true meaning of being a Dragonborn.

The only one known about this word is a single Red Dragon. A dragon is a hundred and thirty meters long, and its wings are almost a kilometer away from one tip to another. This dragon is the Great Red, the master of dreams and the strongest being in this world.

Never in his long life has he seen something as interesting as Ryan. When he first encountered Ryan, he was surprised to see someone reincarnated into this world from another one, but it was not the weirdest thing he had ever seen.

However, the next time he sees him, he is surprised as his soul gets more powerful than before, and he sees Ryan get more power from somewhere. A place where he cannot see. A new place.

When he investigated deeper into his soul, searching for the source of his power, Great Red encountered something. He encounters a being that makes him quiver in fear for the first time in his life. He stares at a being made of void, stars, planets, and even black holes, looking at him with amusement in its non-existent eyes.

The last thing he hears is, "You are not worthy of knowing my identity, little one. Go back," before he gets thrown back into reality. From that day onward, he watched over Ryan and saw him grow. He did not know what kind of plan was being planned for this world, but he was rather on its good side by watching over the humans he sent into this world.

He even helps Ryan get into another world using some power. In truth, he wanted to see what kind of world he would visit, and he was not disappointed. Many things are new to him, but even though it is a new world, there is always one universal rule.

An arrogant person will always bother him. Someone who called himself Ankhseram, the God of Life and Death, dared to call him an abomination and attack him. With a flick of his finger, that god is dead and loses one of its authority when Ankhseram tries to resurrect himself.

Since that day, no Gods or Goddess dared to bother him any longer. He can enjoy local food and drink and even enjoy all the games that the world has to offer.

"And now he has done this. I know that it was random, but come on!"

Great Red has already seen Ryan's memory and enjoys every second of it. Because of this, he knows about the existence of Dragonborn. They are beings with Dragon Souls and Dragon Bloods inside of them.

All Dragonborns are different, but they are one thing. They are the perfect weapon for killing a dragon. They are not made to be dragon slayers, but they are a perfect weapon for killing dragons. All of their attacks will be imbued with the power of a dragon so they can pierce the dragon's skin easily. Not only that, but they can absorb the soul of the dragon they slay and become stronger.

And now Ryan has this kind of power. He can only sigh and use his power to mask his soul so the other dragons do not know that Ryan now has the soul of a dragon. He knows his kind, and once they know that Ryan has the soul of a dragon, they will test their might against him.

Great Red knows that Ryan is not ready to fight a dragon alone, at least not for quite some time. After he is done masking Ryan's soul, Great Red returns to doing whatever he wants in the Dimensional Gap.

Great Red did not know that among many dragons searching for the source of this declaration was his 'rival', Ophis. While the other dragon only hears a voice, Ophis can feel the power behind that word. She can feel that this voice is ancient and powerful.

She did not know the exact location of the power, but she managed to know that it was located in Japan before Great Red managed to conceal Ryan's presence.

"Black cat"

"Nyaa? What is it, Lady Ophis?"

"Take me to Japan."

Golden eyes look at the small girl in front of her in confusion but still nod at that request.

"Very well."
