After stepping back into the DxD world, Ryan and his companion did not notice something happening. There is one thing they notice, and that is the natural energy of the world. Because the connection between the World and them was cut off momentarily, the World panicked.

The others might not notice it, but the Youkai population noticed a slight stir happening, and they did not know what it was. When the two of them return, the World immediately strengthens the bond and rushes for a lot of Natural Energy for the two of them.

"Holy shit."'

"Yeah. That's a lot of Natural Energy."

Ryan and Yasaka immediately sit on the ground and process the tainted natural energy that rushes into their bodies. While they purify the Natural Energy, they do not notice that two Gods in the Takamagahara look at them with worry and curiosity.

"What do you think is happening, Susanoo?"

Amaterasu looks at her brother, who takes a sip of his sake.

"I don't know sister. You are the one with the brain. If you did not know anything about the disconnected bond between our two champions, I would be the blind guy."

"You are right. This is something that has never happened before. Are they doing some experiment?"

"Maybe. Your priestess might not be the experiment type of woman, but she wants to experiment every once in a while."

"That is true. However, I don't know what kind of experiment they are doing to disconnect the connection between us temporarily. It might be quick, and it is not completely disconnected, but it is still weird."

Susanoo drinks his sake and says.

"Do you want to go there and ask them?"

"What? Why?"

"You are always the type of someone who wants to unveil mystery on your own. I am not like that. I don't like mysteries, and asking them is the easiest option."

"Right…"

Seeing her hesitation, Susanoo shrugs and says.

"If you do not want to come, I will be going alone."

"I will come."

And with that, two of the strongest Divine Beings in the Shinto Pantheon descend to the mortal world.

The last one happening after the two of them return from the Fairy Tail world is the power spike coming out of their bodies. They might not know this, but Ryan and Yasaka get stronger, stronger than their previous self.

Because of this, the servant and guard in the palace go on guard when they feel the power spike coming from her room. However, they release a sigh of relief when Yasaka's friend and the head of the Intelligence Gathering Division, Haruka, says there is nothing wrong.

Kunou and Asia also assure them everything is fine, and Kunou explains that the Natural Energy gets inside Ryan and Yasaka in large quantities, and they need to focus on purifying them.

Because of this, Haruka and a few of her squad stay inside the room and watch as Ryan and Yasaka purify the natural energy, the pure natural energy is so strong that a normal youkai would already be on the ground, a blubbering mess.

Lucky for them, Haruka and her squad are already used to this kind of thing because they are also practicing Ryan's Senjutsu technique. Sadly, the people outside the room did not have the same kind of resistance against pure Natural Energy like them, and they were already humping each other.

One of Haruka's squad gets inside the room and says.

"Lady Haruka, ensure the children do not leave the room."

"Huh?"

"It leaks, my lady."

Haruka nods her head in understanding and says.

"Ask the others to take care of this mess. I will ensure the children do not leave the room."

Haruka looks at Asia and Kunou, who is playing a card game.

"Yes, my lady. Also, there is a guest about to arrive."

"Huh? Who?"

"It was Lady Serafall Leviathan. She wants to meet with Lady Yasaka. She said that she wanted to talk about something."

"Take her to the guest room. However, ask her to wait–"

"You did not."

Before Haruka could finish her words, Yasaka opened her eyes.

"Take her to the meeting room. I will be there in ten minutes."

"Lady Yasaka!"

Haruka and her squad quickly kneel on the ground when they see Yasaka open her eyes.

"Get up and welcome our guests. Ask the servant to prepare some snacks and drinks for her."

"Yes, my lady!"

Haruka and her squad leave the room. Yasaka looks at her mate and sees him concentrate for another minute before he finally opens his eyes. Ryan releases a sigh and looks at his body, checking to make sure his entire body does not turn into stone from the excess amount of Natural Energy inside of him.

Ryan and Yasaka have already entered Sage Mode, and their bodies change according to it. Yasaka has a ring of red marks around her eyes that take the form of flame, and her eyes turn into a canine form.

"It is good you ask for a ten-minute break. I don't think you can meet your guests like this."

"I don't really mind showing this form, but at the same time, I want to make sure this form is kept hidden so we have an element of surprise for anyone who wants to attack my people and me."

"Fair enough. I wonder why one of four Satans wants to meet you, Yasaka."

"Ah, I think she wants to take the next batch of ingredients to create a potion to cure one of the Devil's Diseases."

"Ah, I heard about that disease. Didn't that wreak havoc in the underworld not too long ago?"

"Yeah. We stopped the shipment of the ingredient because of the bad relationship between our two factions and when they broke their promise."

"However, the situation gets better, huh?"

"Well… Better is not the right word, I think. It is manageable. Truthfully, the Four Satans are good people and easy to talk with. The problem is the Lordly people under their wings. Especially those young masters. Urgh."

"Fair enough."

After ten minutes of waiting, the marking on their body from entering the Sage Mode starts to disappear, and they walk toward the meeting room. When they enter the meeting room, Yasaka looks at Serafall and says.

"I am sorry for the wait, Lady Leviathan."
