32 Chapter 29- Drive

A message slide over to the screen from the middle left.

"Driving time, huh."

"Already?"

Sugi opened her eyes as she said that meanwhile maintaining her resting position on the large mushroom.

"Yea"

"Alright, let's get going then."

"Which was our house again?"

[Command: Map]

"SE"

We hopped off the fluffy mushroom and went across a small bridge over the small stream of water that's located a little upstream from where we were and also the place where one of our classmates came over from to meet us during our resting. The bridge was thin, ranging from about 1m wide with the base and the 14cm rises slightly line on the edges fully made from natural light-colored wood. A few steps and it was over and headed into once again a splatter of trees bases.

With energy filled high, we walked upside down with our foots casually flying under the tree trucks with our head facing the ground and the foot on the truck.

It was a nice turn of pace as you to see things in a new perspective of which you normally don't get to see in a shadowed area under a large number of trees.

Those commands repeat subconsciously in my mind as I can do whatever I want. My leg touches the ground which I solidify gum aura as I release my other foot's and took a step forwards and activates gum aura to stick. I remember as I kid I use to have problems with these kinds of things with your sense of gravity changing and what not. Thinking back to it, a lot of people had this problem too. Many of our encounters to this problem being a popular game named gravity jump where race across a small area filled with gravity controls with the most common shape for kids being a square tunnel where many pieces of the four sides losses platforms. You're to change gravity and run to get to the different angled platform to get to the finish line. Though that's for children with the more advanced version taking place in monster battles or whatever with many different surface areas that spines, change of shapes, therefore forcing you to signal from your brain to maintain your balance consistently. Those race time take place across islands in mid-air with flying disabled, though there's a safety area underneath.

Jumping and changing tree trucks to get to the destination, I looked to my left view constantly to check if we're going to the right direction.

Hop, hop and jump, we repeated as we changed from lane to lane.

Looking at the map again, the black dot which represents us gradually moves closer to the red dot where's the place where we're aiming to get to.

A shining light ahead we saw as we lopped around to running on the trunk instead of under it. Taking the last steps as I disabled my commands. The light grows more and more before I see the last stretching parts of this tree trunk and light shines brighter. Foot pushes down on the trunk backward causing the body to launch forwards. I passed through the last remaining leaves with some that hits my face. Little more and out as a swamp of light covers my body that's right now in a curved shape as I closed my eyes to fully feel the rush air of the outside.

[Command: Gum aura]

Falling… Falling…

Hmm…

A few second as passed.

I kicked my legs… no ground.

I opened my eyes and looked back to the trees with sugi right there above me. I see an island too below the trees… I can see the base of it and a soft cloud that passed me…

I looked down… Yep, that confirms things…

"I AM FALLING!!!!"

My hair was blown way back as Sugi answered back while solidifying two large blue crystal-like wings and spread them open.

"You've just realized?!"

"Yea!"

I shouted back as I adjust my body to have the stomach area facing below. Sugi was getting more and more always from me as my speed isn't decreasing.

[Command: Solidify]

Two large wings sprouted from my back. I opened them flat on the level of my back. As the wing hits it, I was pulled back with force as my wings bent a little before reforming a straight position once again. Then I slowed my falling and spouted my wings a little to get up to Sugi.

[Command: Map]

I opened my map once more with this time the red dot is for my house with height right next to it. The map gave me the altitude that I needed to follow and the direction I should be taking.

"Anna, is your map open?"

"Yea, just follow me."

An arrow pointed to the right on my screen for 20 degrees as I summoned out a compass. I turned, but another arrow told me to go down a 3m to catch the flow of the wind. I moved down with my head dropping down to see where I'm going. The drop as quick before the arrow disappeared as I was pushed along with a small cloud, though due to the speed increase, I'm not heading exactly in the right direction, but it was fine.

"We left a minute late, Sugi."

"It doesn't get in the way of your work, right?"

"It's fine, I just felt like mentioning it since we always leave 10 minutes latter"

"Ok, as long as there's no problem."

I turned back to talk to Sugi before turning back to make that the front that was covered with pieces of clouds and a light blue sky.

After a while, a right arrow appeared again for 30 degrees. I made my turn and slid through the sides of a rocky base of a small island that travels around the place. I was officially out of that wind flow and now in a place with the not much strong wind with light drifting clouds. I dived in one face first resulting in some water on my face due to forgetting to open up an aura.

I kept my wings straight as I glide due to us floating from a higher place down and not needing extra energy to flop our wings. We simply slip our torso, and the wings will follow. We glide through a roll of emptied out hoops for some race that hasn't started yet and adjusted our body with our head heading a little for down to lower our altitude to catch another wind wave.

The wings swung us up and then down, twisting us a little more to the right than preferred and soon made a dive. Looking straight and a little down to the left, you can see the shaded parts of the platform that we live on through the thin clouds in the air. Our house was a little more to the right and around between the front and back's halfway line.

We turned our left shoulders up, resulting in our right to go down and make us go to the right side as we slowly adjust back to the original position to curved around it.

Time: 1:20

During normal conditions, this feat isn't possible. It was due to both of the boast from the wind flow and the diving form a high that helped to save time and power not needing to flap it. For example, in the morning conditions, this way of travel isn't possible for us due to lack of energy and time, because flying upwards along is harder than flying down.

The red and black dots are getting closer on the map of mine though we're still a hundred so meters too high.

"Sigi, we're above your pool."

I changed the red dot's location to the pool, and they overlapped each other.

"Do you want to cannonball"

"Sure"

Sugi placed up a smile, and I grinned back.

[Command: Form]

I got out the elastic aura around my body as I disabled my wings and drop down.

It felt like being shot down by a cannon as I go starter and start as I spun in a tucked in position with sometimes seeing Sugi falling up above whenever I got spun up. Looking to the skies that never changes and looking to the water that nearly approaches me.

R.I.P Pool.

The water it spirals upwards to the sky as the water that lasers up from Anna's and Sugi's combine to form a water version of a volcano eruption that rivals the list of a shortage of skill of the writer of this book. (edited)

By the time my aura touched the water, I release my arms and legs with my back open facing the dropping end of the pool to stop myself from falling out.

I looked at the side, and Sugi was there with me, though she had to fly back after dropping out the box of water. Sugi was floating up having her aura still on as her stomach side faces the sun. I floated up too and got out from the left to the back area of Sugi's house.

We stood up while still having the aura that kept us dry as we place a plum above our foreheads horizontally to block the sunlight a little. We looked at the sky and waited for the water to fall down as this pool limits the water from getting out of certain dementias.

[Command: deactivate]

I closed my aura and waited for the water. It showed a shadow up in the sky as it got bigger and bigger before dropping into the pool again. It splashed to the sides and went up a little before fall, stopping where at the edge of where the water can reach as if there was a jot way there to stop it from spilling us from the sides.
