56 Chapter 10: Strategic cat

The game has started. I see the shadows of people all over the corners of the square. I saw a blue box in the corner that I could reach. The fourth person that never came to got the person that I never played attention to shoot me from the sides and me.

I got to the semi-finals, the pricing for this one was great. The first test had no rewards. The quarterfinals were where it started, and it rises since then. The first person to loss will be the one to earn the least on the rank. For example, if a person the second player to a loss in semi- finials, they would receive the second least in the semi-finals while the first person to loss would earn the least in that group. Since the game I just played only had four people to start, two were already counted with a lost, and the actual first person that lost in that game was rewarded with the 3rd lowest possible for the semi-finals.

As the guy with the gun finished off the other dude, I opened the leaderboard for the popularity competition; I was ranked 4th with Sifalia (Sugi) in a close 5th. I check on Sugi's sides of things as my avatar waited in a white room where you can't see your own body. My actual body was seated comfortably on a curved shaped long sofa which the particles inside the ball formed to rest on. I turned to Sugi's mode and relaxed down my body. The current people on the map was shown on the right where three are still alive; Sugi was not one of them. I sent her a message which can only be revived outside the competition to lodge out and wait for me at her house.

I logged out from the game. A loading par is moving its way from left to right. The par was filled, and I could see the actual area once more.
