19 Halloween

Since the three-headed dog event, Daphne would go to the Library section, trying to find about Counter-curse ceremonies that would be able to lift the most powerful curses.

Harry would go to the Quidditch Preparation with his Slytherin team members and do his homework whenever he has some free time with Daphna and Anthony.

Due to Ron Weasley not affecting Harry Potter negatively, he would not slack off and try to study Wizard's law as well.

In the Gryffindor House, Ron Weasley has become good friends with Seamus Finnigan and Dean Thomas intoxicating them with his laziness by talking Quidditch, Wizarding chess and girls. They would play wizarding chess and wander around Hogwarts castle without any purpose. Anthony has seen the uselessness of Ron Weasley and thanked the Sorting hat for assigning him to Slytherin.

Daphne, Anthony, and Harry sat in the sofa near the open fire at the Slytherin's common room and was talking about their futures.

"Anthony, what is your dream?" asked Daphne.

Harry and Daphne became curious as what Anthony is dreaming of. At the age of eleven, just after coming into the Wizarding world, Anthony has already opened two famous companies that is producing Firebolt and Lightning beverages.

Whenever there is a challenge, it seems that Anthony has the answer already. Whenever he is in class, he would always get 5 or 10 points from the respective professor except the Defense against dark arts professor Quirrell.

"My dream? I haven't got any dream yet. I just want to become influential and strong. I haven't decided on what I really want" said Anthony. It is actually pretty true that Anthony hasn't found his dream yet. Becoming the Minister of Magic? Becoming a dark lord who rules the entire Wizarding world? or become a senile old man like Dumbledore who plays with children? There is plenty of time to decide what dream he truly has. So he wouldn't mind experiencing the miraculous magic in the Wizarding world to decide who he wants to become.

"And Harry, Daphne what is your dream?" asked Anthony.

Daphne said "I want to cure my sister, and want to see her grow up and become old" making her a bit gloomy.

As for Harry, he thought for a while and said "I want to see my parents, feeling them loving me. But in the short term, I just want to have a real family, I just don't want to go to the Dursleys back again"

Anthony after hearing their dreams, thought for a while and said "Actually Harry, for you to not to go to the Dursleys back again is possible!"

Harry, who heard it is possible not to go to the Dursleys is possible become surprised and had an expectingly eyes. "How is that possible, I don't have parents and they are my only relatives" said Harry.

"That is true, you don't have parents. But it doesn't mean that you can't have a new parents." said Anthony with a mysterious tone.

"Harry can have new parents? Are you going to let someone adopt Harry?" Asked Daphne with a surprised tone.

"Actually, I was thinking to be adopted by Randolph Spudmore my business partner of Firebolt Company. Harry, if Randolph accepts, you can be adopted by him as well! But there is a slight challenge we have, it is Albus Dumbledore, in accordance with Wizengamot law, since we are orphans, our Magical guardian is the Headmaster of the school which we attend, to be precisely it is Albus Dumbledore. So we need to file a case against Albus Dumbledore to not be our magical Guardian" said Anthony

Daphne said with an excited tone "Harry, do you know what it means? If you two win a trial against headmaster, Anthony and you will become brothers and get adopted!"

Harry got happy and said to Anthony.

"Anthony, being a family with you is great! I hope this will work. it would be thousand times better than being at Dursleys" said Harry.

Soon before going to bed, Anthony wrote a letter to Randolph to help them hire a lawyer to file a case against Albus Dumbledore for his negligence against Harry Potter and Anthony Lefrancois Dumbledore for the past eleven years and notified him whether he is willing to adopt Harry Potter.

In a blink of an eye, a week has passed.

It is the 31st of October, 1991 officially Halloween in the Wizarding world.

First of all, the Wizards celebrate Halloween because it symbolizes their ancestry's belief. Secondly, due to Harry Potter defeating Voldemort on the 31st of October, it has become a culture to celebrate Halloween and fire fireworks in the sky, honoring their fallen family members.

The Hogwarts castle has become quite magnificent, decorated by carved pumpkins, orange ribbons, and giant spiders that look alive.

Randolph has wrote a letter to Anthony saying that adopting Harry Potter is an honor for him. 'You know who' has killed his parents and he become an orphan same as Harry and Anthony when he was at Hogwarts. Only after meeting Anthony and becoming Rich, Randolph bought an 2 storey, 5 bedroom building at Diagon alley. He opened a Work studio on the 1st floor at his building to design new Firebolt brooms.

They have hired a lawyer named Selena Gamp, a graduate from Hogwarts and descendant of Minister of Magic Ullick Gamp, the founder of Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

Randolph has emphasized that the trial of Albus Dumbledore will held no later than the Christmas so that Harry and Anthony should be prepared to attend the Trial personally. Anthony sent 40,000 galleons back (He took several dividends from Lightning and Firebolt after the first dividend and has around 95,000 galleons at the moment) to Randolph and asked him to bribe the Wizengamot members if necessary.

During the evening banquet of Halloween, at the Great hall, many peciluar but delicious dishes was prepared.

Daphne, Harry, and Anthony were talking about the upcoming trial of adoption as well as the upcoming Quidditch season with the first match between Slytherin and Gryffindor.

As for Anthony, he would occasionally see to the Gryffindor table and find that Hermione Granger is not present yet.

'Stupid Ron Weasley! He actually insulted Hermione Granger after the Charms class! She should be at the Girls Bathroom on the second floor!' thought Anthony inwardly.

Just as when he was thinking about Hermione Granger, the door of the Great hall opened, and Professor Quirrell rushed in with a panicked face.

"TROLL! THERE'S A TROLL IN THE DUNGEON! Just thought you ought to know." and Professor Quirrell fainted on the spot.

The various students panicked and screamed.

'What a useless teacher? Quirrell you are officially nominated for Hogwarts Oscar Academy awards! Your splendid acting has made the students panicked' thought Anthony inwardly.

Harry Potter and Daphne Greengrass seem to be more relaxed. They know that the Great Hall at this moment is the safest place at Hogwarts. There is Albus Dumbledore sitting on the main seat and various teachers are here as well. If they are not capable of defeating a troll, who would be in Magical Britain?

Albus Dumbledore stood up and said "SILENCE!!! House prefects lead your students to the common rooms!"

'Hermione Granger, if you die, nothing would happen except Ron marrying Lavender Brown. I can just leave you there let you be killed by a troll' thought Anthony inwardly. But thinking about it, again and again, he felt guilty and decided to save her.

'Aah! Whatever, since that is the case I will just kill the troll!' thought Anthony and took some Lamb meat from the table and secretly poisoned it with Basilisk venom.

"Harry, Daphne, follow me!" said Anthony and rushed to the second-floor corridor bathroom.
