Christmas holidays

it was early in the morning and still dark when grace raph woke up to her mother already screaming her name.

it was Sunday and ofcourse Christmas.

everyother person would have seemed excited but not Grace.

'Grace!'she jerked fully awake at the sound of that familiar voice only to find her mother already staring daggers at her.

good morning mom..she looked at me with those stern eyes.

don't you know there's alot to be done around here!! now get your ass down there and begin working.

'but mom I thought my punishment would be lifted since it's Christmas can't the maids do it' I said.

the look I got from my mom said it all 'there's no way out'

I got down the stairs greeted my dad and headed for the kitchen,'argh'. not this amount of dirt again.

About two hours later when I was done I decided to freshen up because I had lots of outings for that day.

despite my punishment I was glad mom still allowed me go out

I mean who still punishes their sixteen year old daughter just cause she's unable to cook some traditional dishes.
