Me:'We have a few hours of free time perfect for preparation.'

I head to my room and I get in a meditative position.

And then I go astral this all happened within 5 minutes.

Me:'Finally I will gain more minions.'

I hover through the halls then I see the library and I had an idea.

Me:'Why don't I just swipe the memories of wizard learning magic like the old me tried to do to stan steal the memory but he doesn't lose that knowledge.'

Then I found someone asleep in the library and enter her mind.

Me appearing suddenly surprised her.

Me:'She appears to be in her sixth year at Hogwarts, is she like most Hormonal teens.'

?: "W..who are you?"

Me: "You mean hello, Right."

?: "N..."

But before she speaks I interrupt her.

Me: "Anyways the names Bill Cipher, any way you should introduce yourself if you do I can guarantee a gift."

?: "My Name is Nancy Mr. Cipher, But I have a question why are you a Triangle."

Me: "Because I was born a Triangle."

She looks Displeased anyways.

Me: "Let's take our conversation to somewhere more suiting."

And then the scenery changes to both of us being on a giant box of pizza in space with a desk and chair on the box and the box shows little Bills and says Bill's Pizza Hut.

Me: "Welcome to my workplace."

Nancy: "eh, how are we here?, why am I here?"

Me: "Well because I warped reality, and because I have an offer."

Nancy: "Why me? and How?"

Me: "I chose you because you were closer It's not like your special at all no qualities above the rest, and if I told you your mind would not be able to comprehend the concepts I speak about ."

I notice she looked irritated and slightly downcast.

Me: "Buuuuut!, that can change all you have to do is make a small teensy weensy deal and I can change it alls there a guy you want to like you I can make that happen is something you want to be improved about yourself I can do it, all you have to do is tell me the terms..."

Me: "Theeeen all you have to do is shake my hand and all I ask is if I need a favor you will help me out."

Nancy: "That's all this seems all too good to be true."

Me: "But it isn't all you have to do is trust in the all-seeing,well-knowing eye."

Nancy: "Then what I want is for one guy to fall for me and become my boyfriend starting today."

Me: "Ok who is this guy and remember to shake my hand and your wish is granted."

Nancy: "I want Jeremiah to fall for me I wasn't sure if he likes me..."

Me: "Yeah, yeah, kid spare me the details all you have to do is shake my hand and his affection is yours."

She shook my hand.

Me: "The deal is made oh and you listen to me and me alone you are now my minion when I need something your at my beck and call."

Then I accessed her memories well shes im her current state and gained the information I needed who is Jeremiah , then i'll control hi. and then have some rumors spread so I can make more deals.

Me:'Perfect now I can gain more minions , now I have access to more knowledge through Nancy then I will gain more power vice versa and more minions due to an ability to spread rumors.'

Me:'Now that I think about it I do all these plans but for what? well besides succeeding where my predecessor failed what do I want.'

Me:'Money? No I can get that through mind controlling all thse purebloods and I already am rich, power? I am gaining some to ensure my win when I come back for revenge on pine tree.'

Me:'Perhaps fun?Possibly doing things on a whim and seeing others reactions gives me some satisfaction, but what if I took over the whole multiverse and did what bill wanted weird maggedoon and watch as they try to oppose me but then I crush all they're hopes of doing so and watch them dispair.'

Me:'Yes it will bring some entertainment like a fellow somewhat famous demon said" The world is a stage and the stage is a world of entertainment." so maybe thats what I'll do."

Me:'Well I could also go around removing all threats to my reign yes maybe I should rule the multiverse them I will be eternally entertained.'

Me:"You may go your wish shall be granted soon, and once it is ask people if they heard this rumor about a triangle with one eye granting wishes."

Me:'There now that will make convincing others easier because now the smarter ones will expect there to be a cost a price.'

Me:'Now I have to think about my progress is it good enough for one such as I.'

Me:'Yeah I made alot of progress it actually helped me gain more control on matter and I can manipulate magical conpounds easier and deconstruct them.'

Me:'Now the original bill cipher mentioned deconstructing someone molocule by molocule I wonder how much that would hurt, I'm guessing it would be excruciatingly painful.'
