1 Waking up in Another World

Inside an abandoned and ruined room, where there were many holes on the ceiling and at the walls. There was not much inside aside from a small and old bed, a cabinet with half of it turned into ash by the passage of time, and a boy laying on the bed.

The boy who still has his eyes closed looked very ethereal, he was already very handsome with his eyes close just what if they are open? He has a gray short-hair, a chiseled face, and a thin yet firm body.

He was only wearing a tattered black robe with a white undershirt and black long pants. The boy only had these and nothing else in him.

Suddenly, the boy opened his eyes revealing a pair of unique looking white eyes, which means that he is blind. He tried to look around him and he grew frustrated by every second that past.

"Why can I feel my surroundings?" The boy asked himself.

His name was Wizroth Oscha. Just an ordinary blind boy living with his parents way back on Earth. He had no other entertainment aside from listening to novels which he really likes.

Being blind is really lonely as you can only see the darkness literally and Wizroth only found his light in listening to novels. It was his father the one who had actually introduced him to this which made him hooked up to it.

His really favorite one is Coiling Dragon as he loves the fact that Linley works really hard to become strong. Wizroth also loves the fact that Linley can protect his loved ones from dangers which is something that he couldn't do because of his blindness.

As a blind person, Wizroth is already used to only seeing the darkness but this time, it was different. He can see his surroundings not through his eyes but through his senses and he had no idea how he was doing it.

"This is really weird!" Wizroth said. A series of memories then suddenly surfaced in his mind, scene after scene was played like a video and he was looking at them.

There was this ancient and vast mountain range filled with dangerous magical beasts that lurk in every place. The mountain range's name is the Mountain Range of Magical Beasts.

Another scene was about this organization where they will be offering innocent and pure women to their sovereign. It was the same organization that kidnapped his sister and the one who destroyed their town.

The name of that organization was the Holy Union. It was one of the six principal political organizations in the Yulan continent and it is led by the Radiant Church.

And the last one was about his race.

Finding out about the words Mountain Range of Magical Beasts, Holy Union, Radiant Church, and race. Wizroth had only one thought in his mind right now and it is that he is in the Yulan Continent.

What does it mean to be in the Yulan Continent? Nothing much just a fact that it is the only continent out of the five continents that were once known as Qingya. And that it only existed in the Coiling Dragon World which is only a fictional work.

But here he was, standing in an abandoned room, in a destroyed house, wasted town, in an isolated place.

Wizroth has many thoughts running in his mind right now but only one thing was for sure is that. He was not on Earth anymore.

He knows this and he believed it cause he can never sense his surroundings back on Earth and he will not have these weird memories if he is still on Earth. One thing is for sure though and it's that he will have a new life now.

Wizroth is not the least bit worried about his parents. Because in this way, he will not be a burden to them anymore and at the same time, he can finally live independently without anyone to take care of him.

Others may find it weird that his way of thinking is very unreasonable but if you have ever tried being a large burden to your parents or the ones that you cared the most.

You'll find it quite satisfying if you ever manage to do something on your own without other's help. And that is what Wizroth if feeling right now.

He had always been a burden to his parents ever since his birth and he doesn't want to be one any longer. They deserve to be also happy and they could really use some time to also take care of themselves. He doesn't want to be the reason for anything that might happen to them.

After some self-thoughts, Wizroth had finally accepted his new identity in this world and has finally decided to embrace his new life.

But first things first, he scanned around him, not like with the lasers but with his senses. Wizroth's thoughts on this matter are that he is using his spiritual senses to see around him.

So even though he is blind he can still see through sensing his surroundings. It may not be the same as seeing but it is still great as he will be able to move like a normal person.

After he looked around him, he decided to get out of this room as he had no idea what had happened outside. Aside from what was in his memories, he had not really seen it with his own eyes so he decided to take a look at how wasted was this town.

The clothes that he is wearing right now was only found and he had no idea who was the owner of it. Everything that's on him right now is all found and the only possession that truly belongs to him was the necklace his sister had given to him before their separation.

His sister's name was Khelina Oscha and she is 18 years old while he is only 16. She was like a mother to him and he can't remember having any parents in this life, his only family was his sister.

It had already been 2 months since the Radiant Church raided their town and slaving almost a hundred girls and one of those girls was his sister. He was killed before he even knew it at that time and his sister was forcefully taken.

The reason he knew is that he just knew about it which is really strange. He also knew that the date today is December 17, 9998.

And after coming out of the house. He finally knew why the town was wasted.

And it really was.
