175 Dragon Fire Annihilation

Cross and Long Chen continued to massacre demons left and right. Long Chen took the core of the crocodile and made 1000 fire swords to absorb it. He created a sword formation with the finished fire swords and slaughtered the beasts that came near.

Cross tested his new skill and blackholes appeared behind him before weapons rained down, annihilating the beasts before dissolving and returning to the star spaces. Because he didn't have that many, he couldn't destroy them all with the skill alone, he had to use his scythe.

And so, two guys killed demon after demon before leaving the Magic Battlefield. They flew over the Luo and Carefree battlefield to see everything was going good, with that thought done they returned to the academy.

When they got back, a disciple said "Third Master, Master Yunyang wants to see you." Cross patted Long Chen's shoulder and left to his residence.

He let the girls out of his inner world and let them roam free as he sat down and made a time bubble around himself as he started creating weapons again, using all sorts of different elements.

Time passed quickly, before Cross knew it 600 days had passed. He made weapons non stop only falling asleep when he really couldn't go on anymore.

Today he was creating weapons when he got a call saying "Luo Ning was injured." Cross shattered the bubble and disappeared from the room. It had only been 10 days outside and he had created 110,000 weapons so far.

He flew across the Academy to the Luo Legion base.

When he got there, Long Chen was there and looking at Luo Ning on the bed with a dark expression. Long Chen said "It was the Vice-Leader of Dragon Fire League." Cross looked at Luo Ning's face and turned around, leaving the building.

Long Chen ran after him, knowing that Cross was angry. The rest followed them and Cross walked straight to the Dragon Fire League residence. Long Yan was waiting for them and opened his mouth to say "Haha! Did you want to have a guild war with us after your precious vice leader was injured?"

Cross smiled and his eyes were straight lines. If any of the girls saw this face, they would be terrified. Usually when he's angry his face goes blank, unless he's really angry and he smiles. The Dragon Fire League... I'm afraid it will just be a river of blood today.

Cross took out his scythe and said "No, that's not necessary. Because when I'm done with you, there won't be a single person left to fight." he floated into the air and raised his hand, 110000 blackholes appeared behind him, with weapons poking out of each of them.

Long Yan's face turned pale as he looked up, Cross opened his eyes and said "Die." as he lowered his hand. A monstrous killing intent flooded the Dragon Fire League base and all the weapons rained down on the base, shining with countless different colors. It was quite beautiful but nobody was thinking of the appearance of the technique, only the carnage that came after.

The Dragon Fire League Disciples were dropping like flies, some of them tried to fight back but were overwhelmed when 100 different weapons fell on them. The rain continued endlessly until all the weapons returned to Cross' star spaces.

He looked down and disappeared, the lucky disciples that survived were killed one after the other. The Vice-Leader was the only one left alive but he had lost all his limbs and could only watch as everything crumbled because of him. All the other disciples looked at him as they died, seemingly questioning why he had to provoke this demon.

The Vice-leader's mind collapsed and he pleaded for death "Please kill me!" Cross was stained with the blood of thousands of disciples and slowly walked over to the Vice-Leader. He picked him up by the hair and smiled, the Vice Leader pissed himself in fear and Cross dragged him through the corpses and blood.

He exited the base and looked around at all the people. He saw Chu Yang, who was completely white and fell back on his ass at Cross' look. Cross took his eyes away from him and looked over at Bai Shishi, behind her Luna, Jasmine, Feng Xue'er, Ying'er, and Jie Yuan were standing with smiles on their faces.

Cross grabbed the Luo Legion badge and activated a killing war against Dragon Fire League. He shook the Vice leader in his hands and forced him to agree. They were all taken to a battlefield and Cross proceeded to torture the Vice Leader endlessly for hours before killing him.

When he reappeared he looked at everyone and said "Go ahead, make another insidious move. I'll accompany you to play at any time." he looked at Chu Yang and added "Don't think I don't know you had a hand in this too. I will come for you, no matter how far you run. Every twist and turn you make, I will be there."

He formed a lotus in his hand and threw it behind him, a massive black hole appeared and destroyed everything. The base, the corpses, the blood, nothing was left. He threw a ring at Luo Bing before walking away, spinning the scythe free of blood into a bracelet and blurring before disappearing into thin air.

Long Chen looked at the carnage and smiled "At least we wont continue to be annoyed by these idiots anymore~" before walking away with a happy smile, the rest of the group looked at the destruction before following Long Chen wordlessly.

Bai Shishi looked over at Chu Yang and said coldly "I heard about your gift for me." Chu Yang started to sweat and Bai Shishi said "Seems like you think you own the school? Maybe she should sit down and talk about it." Chu Yang turned white in fear.

Cross appeared back at the Luo Legion base and walked inside. Luo Ning was awake but extremely weak. Cross walked into her room, dripping blood. The two looked at each other and Luo Ning looked down, Cross said "The Dragon Fire League... Is no more." Luo Ning didn't look up and said "Gu Zhen?" Cross said "I killed him."

Luo Ning started dripping tears and said "Am I useless?" Cross walked over and lifted her head up before smiling "Maybe just a little bit." Luo Ning pouted and Cross laid on his side on the bed, propping his head up with his hand as he said "I can't say you're not useless. I've been waiting so long and you still haven't come to warm my bed."

He clicked his tongue and Luo Ning was stunned, before saying "It was a joke!" Cross sighed and said in disappointment "Really?" Luo Ning was caught off guard and twirled her hair with her fingers as she said "Well... I guess..." she looked at Cross with a little blush on her face.

He looked at her and smiled, she scooted over and said "So you-" she moved her face really close, when the door opened. Long Chen and the rest came in to see the situation, Luo Ning quickly shuffled away and Cross said "How long do you think I have?" as if he wasn't in an awkward situation to begin with.

Luo Bing's face was red and Long Chen said "Probably..." a loud voice was heard "Teacher Cross to the Law Enforcement Hall! Immediately!" Long Chen finished "Right now." Cross jumped off the bed and said "What a drag." before leaving.

Long Chen chuckled and winked at Luo Ning, making her face burn red, before he followed him. Luo Bing looked at her sister and teased "Did we interrupt?" Luo Ning shouted "Scram!" Luo Bing giggled and said "You should've seen it..." as she detailed the events grandly.

Cross arrived at the Law Enforcement hall and walked inside to see a court of Elders. He stood at the podium and said "What happened?" an elder shouted in rage "What do you mean what happened?! You killed an entire League is what happened!"

Cross made an 'O' with his mouth and said "I did? I don't remember. I was flirting with beauties all day. How could I bear to leave them and go kill people? Perhaps you're mistaken?" the elder almost spit up blood, and another one said "We have a witness account."

Cross tilted his head and said "A witness? Could you bring them in? I would like to know who's slandering me." Chu Yang came out with a bunch of bruises and black eyes as he said "I saw the whole thing!" Cross shook his head and said "His witness account is invalid."

The Head smiled and said "Oh? Please explain." Cross smiled and said "You see, this person is very insidious. He can push his brother into a pit and act like he was saving him, who knows if he's acting or not? Whether he lies or tells the truth, we'll never know!"

Chu Yang sneered and said "Why would I lie?" Cross smiled and said "Then I demand you search his soul for the truth." the elders' expressions changed and Chu Yang was stunned, the Head of the Law enforcement hall smiled and Cross added "There's not evidence. No proof. Just baseless accusations by someone who hates me. How could it be that he's telling the truth? I'm an upright and just Teacher of the Academy! Teaching the kids to be the best versions of themselves is my life's goal! How could I be so brutal to kill some students? Moreover, why would I do this?"

He shook his head and added "It's simply not in my character to do something without being provoked. I'm a very good and kind person, you can ask my kids. Therefore I demand a soul search for the truth. If it's true, I'll willingly accept any punishment. However if the man who would kill his own parents for money, declines then I would personally like an apology for the slander on my good name."

The elders were aghast and Chu Yang was completely speechless. With just a few words, Cross kicked him to a cliff without an escape plan. If they searched his soul, not only would they find things that are even worse than killing people, he might even be executed by the school! On the other hand he had to apologize to Cross personally for slandering his name!

Long Chen sighed in amazement, who said Cross was a muscle headed moron? This guy was a vicious person through and through!

An Elder pointed at Cross and said "Then how do you explain the disappearance of the entire Dragon Fire Legion?!" Cross scratched his head and said in confusion "You're asking me, but who am I supposed to ask? Like I said, I was flirting with beauties all day. How would I know where some Worm Flame League went? Maybe they packed up and went to live in the Demon Battlefield?"

Cross spread out his hands and shook his head saying "Even if you beat me to death I still won't know what happened. I can tell you the interests and hobbies of the beauties I was with but matters regarding the disappearance of disciples, I'm helpless to help find the truth. But since Chu Yang said he was personally at the scene of the crime, perhaps his memories will uncover the truth?"

Cross swung his fist and said righteously "I will personally lead the soul search and clear my reputation! You can have faith in me!" Long Chen looked down and covered his mouth, the elders were speechless, this guy's tongue was too swift. One minute he's on his heels and the next he's the epitome of justice, hellbent on finding out the truth of the matter.

Cross pointed at Chu Yang and said "Heroic Disciple, Chu! Please present yourself for a soul search, I will find the culprit behind this! You can rest assured, if you were forced to slander me, I will protect you." Chu Yang backed off and shouted "No! No soul search!"

Cross sighed and shook his head saying "Disciple Chu, could it be that you truly think of me as a killing demon? I promise you will be just fine after we find out the truth. I will personally search your soul, I haven't had an accident yet!" as he showed his hands with a warm and sunny smile.

Chu Yang shivered and the Head said "Alright, that's enough. Since Chu Yang doesn't want to do a soul search, the accusations are merely hearsay. Chu Yang apologize for slandering a Teacher." Chu Yang's lips quivered, he bit them and said "Sorry, Teacher Cross."

Cross cleaned his ears with his finger as he said "Sorry, I couldn't hear you. Can you speak up please?" Chu Yang roared "Don't go too far!" Cross shrugged and said "I just want my apology, slandering my reputation is equivalent to cutting off my income. If all the disciples think I'll kill them if they come near me, how will they come for classes? Am I going to teach ghosts?"

Chu Yang grinded his teeth and shouted "I'm sorry for slandering you, Teacher Cross!" before stomping off. Cross grinned and the Head of the Law Enforcement Hall smiled as he said "Dismissed." He gave Cross a look, as if to say 'No more annihilations'

Cross returned a look to say 'No problem' the Head shook his head and left.

Cross left with Long Chen and took out a recording stone. Cross grinned and Long Chen chuckled before they started spreading it throughout the sect. They high-fived and returned to what they were doing before, Cross went back to making weapons and Long Chen went somewhere else.
