1 Normal Days

200 Years ago during a meteor shower things changed and humanity wasn't the same anymore. A rampant of special beings calling themselves the 'Awakened' these beings have special powers that they say was inherited from the stars because of the Meteor Shower that occurred all those years ago and was named 'The Event That Changed Humanity' Wars broke down, cities collapsed, an endless number of slaughter until 100 years ago, twelve people stepped up and took the place as leaders who straightened up the mess that happened during the madness they were the 12 Apostles who were given 12 titles into their name identifying them to the people. They were Ruler, Vanguard, Savior, Judge, Castle, Puppeteer, Praetor, Arbiter, Intervention, Adroit, Heretic, and Shroud. These Apostles are here to control the lands and control order amongst the people preventing another a hundred years of conflict and chaos.

These 'Awakened' people were humans that had exceeded what is normally perceived as beyond human. The Event occurred that change humanity's fate after was just one part of the vast accidents and incidents before hand... As history say for them, those 100 years were just 1/4 of the entire mess.

Present day arrives and getting a title is a blessing and something no one can do but fate itself. With this those who got titles are above the normal human being but some are unusual like the untitled humans who are more powerful than their ungifted brethren those are the 'Outcasts' powerful humans with titled abilities yet they don't have titles of their own a rare and often are just set aside as a myth.

As now we enter the eyes of a young man named Alex Harrison who lives in the countryside of Castle's Dominion they say its the most peaceful part of the country where simple life prevails. Alex who's known to be a local lumberjack who handle's the town's wood supply and this is his story.

"Alex! That's enough for the day thanks for the wood." Said the old man. "No problem Mister Jones just enough for your family to go pass winter." Said Alex as he finishes tying up the firewood the old man needs. "We'll give you a basket of goods for you to pass this winter too." Said the old man. "Ah, thanks for that Mister Jones." Said Alex as he cleans up his axe that he just used.

"You've been a very helpful man to this town with your skills. Anyways I have to go now thanks for the wood." Said the old man as he leaves with the wood he needs while waving. Alex gives a big sigh and says. "Jobs done for today, time to go home." He leaves his workshop while carrying the basket he was given by the old man. Alex lives on the middle of the forest as he likes to be near to trees when he does his work.

Alex goes back to his cabin to sharpen his axe and make lunch for today. Chopping wood for his furnace and his fireplace, "This oddly feels like a normal day today." Said Alex to himself as he sips from the soup he made for lunch. He took a nap in front of the fireplace as he finishes for the day.

That evening an unusual sound woke Alex up and is now threatened and is alarmed by the sound so he grabs his axe and slowly went outside to check just to be disappointed that it was just a fox who walked pass his house as the snow falls while he looked up in the sky when he saw a light that is moving fast going north.

Alex quickly grabs his jacket and a lamp along with his Axe to check while following he heard something crashes in the same direction. "Something has fallen over there." Said Alex to himself as he slowly runs towards the smoke in front of while thick snow keeps him from running fast.

He arrives on the crash site with his axe ready in case of emergencies but as he gets close to it he felt odd, weird, unsettling yet calm. Alex tries to clear the smoke and he sees an axe struck down on a rock with a glow of a shade of red.

Curiosity came to Alex's head and tries to touch it to his surprised he could grab it without any harm and with it he braces himself on pulling it off the stone. A Blast of light blinded him and made him step back and fall backwards. "What is this axe anyways?" Alex asks himself as it was a transparent edge axe. He tested the sharpness and yes it indeed can cut wood.

After that incident he kept the axe hidden in his cabin and tried to sleep once again. The next day he kept the axe under his bed and went to grab the fallen tree he chopped down yesterday. While on his way to chop some wood for material he wondered why has no one noticed the loud crash that occurred last night. He tried to track back to the crash site and to his surprise the whole site was fixed like nothing happened.

"This is seriously weird. Where is the crater here?" In confusion Alex decided to hide this from the townspeople as he often talks to them as the local lumberjack and handyman. Time passes as he stockpiles firewood for the next upcoming snowstorm. "Mr. Alex? Are you feeling okay?" Asked the old man as he sees Alex staring off into nowhere. "It's nothing anyways Mister Jones you should be okay with oak for your materials?" Said Alex as he snap backs from staring off into the distance.

"Alex you should go to a doctor you've been staring off more than usual is everything okay?" Said the old man. "I guess so thanks for the concern Mister Jones will do." Said Alex as he finishes up for the day.
