(Queen Allen enters as everyone in the room gives a standing ovation accompanied with a bow)

ALLEN: D'Tan give me five planets where we have strong signals in.

DELYTH: Ok my queen... (typing...)

2 MINUTES LATER

D'TAN: We have broad signals in only 3.

ALLEN: Tell me!

DELYTH: We have in Jupiter, Saturn and Earth.

ALLEN: Which of 'em have the strongest signal?

D'TAN: Earth my queen, it is also the most favourable planet as it is highly adaptable for our species. We share alot in common with the inhabitants, we act and react the same way but our level of hypersensitivity and intelligence is typically higher.

ALLEN: Interesting isn't it?

DELYTH: Er... Your Magesty, ..I..I don't mean to be disrespectful, but why are you so concerned about the signals?

ALLEN: (frowns)

D'TAN: (shocked) Delyth!!

DELYTH: What!!!

D'TAN: Am sorry my queen, please pardon her foolishness. (he bows)

ALLEN: No worries it's ok she's pardoned. The king is dead! And....it is his wish to send Rex my son out of the reach of his half-brother Altos

DELYTH: You mean the Governor of the death fortress Xiria??

ALLEN: Yes!

DELYTH: So he's your half-brother in-law?? (Allen nods) then why doesn't he stay in the palace..? And why is he up against the king??

ALLEN: Hm. Delyth, would you do me a favour by not asking questions please?

DELYTH: Am sorry my queen for bothering you (she looked beside her and stole a glance at D'Tan who was already shooting her a glare)

D'TAN: Am really sorry my...

ALLEN: (Cuts in) Prepare the COLOSSUS 10-28

D'TAN: But, my queen....that's the royal spaceship and it is used for only important missions where the king himself was always present in the ship. The prince could use the Blackhawk LR-889 it's the fastest air craft in the whole of Planet Xena and beyond. (Curves his lips) I guess. It has a speed of 2.567billion kilometers per hour

ALLEN: This is the king's last wish D'Tan! We must comply. Now all no more question and do as I've said!

D'TAN: Yes my queen! (Bows)

ALLEN: It's almost sunset so I need it to be ready before dawn!

D'TAN: Yes my queen

ALLEN: Good! (Turns and leave)

DEATH FORTRESS

XIRIA

The Capital City was one of its kind in the whole of Xena located at Xiria. The people in this area were hyper-destructive, they were mostly experimented and turned into instruments of war by the Death fortress headed by the half-brother of King Odin Altos who lives in a highly guarded castle located in the suburb of the city. These people were called Deines. They were categorized in levels according to abilities and capacities.

Kor, third in command in the whole of Xiria, Altos right hand man enters the big room which looked like a Throne room with a two sided bifurcated staircase. Altos stand up from the crystal chair he sat on... 

KOR: (he bows) General! I bring tidings.

ALTOS: Go on!

KOR: The battle is on our side today, our men fought valiantly which caused our enemies to retre....

ALTOS:(laughs vigorously) ..and their king??

KOR: He was taken down!

ALTOS:(laughs even harder) Well done! (he claps and the rest of the people joined).

He walks down the long flight of stairs and as soon as he reaches kor he places an additional medal with the other medals he had on the right part of his chest)

ALTOS: (Evil grin) We're at the verge of taking the whole planet! We attack by dawn!

NEW TOWN (ZARRGH)

ALLEN: (to Eira) Bring me my son.

EIRA: (bows and leaves)

5 MINUTES LATER

THE QUEEN'S CHAMBER

Rex enters.

REX: Mom??

ALLEN: (raises her head) Son... Come sit.(She beckons to him and he does sit) I know u have questions running in your mind and I can answer themm it is just not now. I will only tell you the important part. Hm. The whole of Xena is in great loss (whimpers) We lost the king! Your father! My husband! (Tears rounds freely from her eyes as she doesn't make any attempt to wipe it)

ALLEN: He's after all of us and so you'll be leaving Xena by dawn! You should go prepare yourself.

REX: But Why can't I stay and fight?

ALLEN: (smiles weakly) You can't, your not ready, you're still young.

REX: But....

ALLEN: M-mmmh... No! I don't want to loose you, I already lost ur father! (Draws him to a hug, Rex's feels a uncomfortable as just stiffens his body) Go! (She frees him)

He leaves his mom and walks out accompanied by two guards. Iris sees him and walks up to him.

IRIS: Hey younger!

REX: You eavesdropped didn't you?

IRIS: I'm sorry I had to... Eavesdrop! I was just curious.

REX: How many times have I told you not to especially when it comes to family? ( looks at her sternly)

IRIS: (sarcastic) I remembered I apologized some seconds ago. That's not important now, you are leaving soon and we need to spend the remaining hours like it's our last

REX: (Smirks) No it's not! I'm not going to die! (He looks at her and laughs)

IRIS: Maybe (Pouts)

REX: I'm sorry, but I can't come with you... I need to prepare for my departure.

IRIS: Ok just one hour.

REX: No!

IRIS: Thirty Minutes...?

REX: No!

IRIS: Pleeeeeeeeaaase? (She looks at him like she desperately needed him to say yes)

REX: (Smirks) You sound rather desperate! persuasive power won't work on me (he smirks) though I'll pretend it worked.

IRIS: Is that a yes!

REX: Yep (he noded)

IRIS: (Ruffles his hair)

REX: Hey!!

IRIS: That's what you get for making me beg you!

ALTOS: (he paces to &fro) Gird your loins soldiers, 30 minutes to dawn!!! Are you ready to make history??

ALL: Yes General!!

ALTOS: Are you sure....!

ALL: Yes General!!

ALTOS: This moment we strike!!

ALL: (Chants)
