3 Challenge, Tyrant To Monarch

The monarch was supremely massive, the size of a mountain in the very least, making the tyrant look infinitely insignificant in comparison.

In truth, the tyrant was not that big. While larger than the average beast, he was only the size of a carriage at best.

This is not strange as they tyrant's style of battle was focused on speed and nimbleness, which is far more easier to accomplish with a smaller physique. As a result though, he was always disadvantaged to large foes, though he usually made up for it in ruthless precision and the sharpness of his fangs, claws, and blades.

Facing Pluto, the tyrant was not deterred in the slightest by the difference in size. Most demon beasts were larger than the tyrant anyway.

"Why have you come here" The monarch slowly said. His voice was deep and reverberating, making the surrounding seawater ripple violently.

At his age and strength, the monarch naturally awakened intelligence, and had accumulated many years of wisdom. With it, he was able to transmit the message directly into the tyrant's mind.

Though strong, the tyrant was young, and had not awakened much intelligence. He had no intention of conversing, nor was he capable of it. Despite this, he understood the intonation.

The tyrant opened its mouth to roar to represent his challenge, yet could not, as he was deep below sea level, and had not developed gills or other breathing method for when oxygen is not available.

The bear was fine, and had long since adapted to the underwater environment, able to extract oxygen directly from the water through the large pores in his body, though it was very impure, it was surprisingly efficient, and the leftover waste fueled the dark violet, abyssal fire spouting out his body. This explains how some pores had fire coming out and some didn't.

Nonetheless, Pluto understood the tyrants intentions from the thirst for battle in its eyes.

"I see." The monarch looked down on the tyrant despondently, which was especially intimidating due to the size difference.

Suddenly, the arrogance and domineering pressure of the Abyssal Monarch spread out like spilling water on a fly surface, and he glared at the tyrant with a gaze that carries the souls of thousands, If not millions evidence of his experience.

"But are you qualified?" And despite being underwater, the violet flames surged wildly with overflowing violence.
