the echos of time

ok so this is a little psa Kia is infact a female her mother desired a son and was very dissatisfied when Kia was born female so she gave her a male name to make up for it she also gave Kia a more male look by cutting her hair as she already had a more masculine bone structure anyway please enjoy I will get more into how everyone looks later on in the story

this part is more of Alexandria pov but still in 3rd person

Kia and Olivia were the echos of the children they once were no longer did the smile of laugh they spent there days in the shadows of pain and sorrow then finally after a month some of the other kids finally had enough and went up to them

"I'm so sorry but you can't keep on like this" said Blake

"come on grab whatever you may need were going into the fields now" said Alexandria staring at everyone there Which wasn't Alot of people considering it was about 5 kids

"WAIT WHAT!!!!" screamed David

"you heard me we will leave at midnight in the over of darkness and we'll find out what the lady in white meant by they paid the price"said Alexandria replying to David's stupid question

Kia and Olivia just stared at the girl in wonder as to how she believed that she had so much power and control over them after all she was never the greatest role model

*flash back*

"ha look at how ugly she is why doesn't she just go die" joked Alexandria as she started down at Olivia

tear threatened to pour out as Olivia held back her whimpers of pain she had fallen down some stairs thankfully unharmed other then a few cuts and some bruises other then that she was only affected by Alexandrias words

another time was when Alexandria hit Kia and blamed it on a nearby girl who had done nothing to anyone she was quite and sincere to everyone she knew

*end of flash back*

*time skip to the entrance of the fields everyone is there*

"ok items check" whispered Alexandria

"food check"

"weapons check"

"sleeping bags check"

"flashlight"

suddenly a bright light was shown in Alexandrias eyes and the others started laughing as Blake had shown the light in her eyes

in that moment all Alexandria felt was rage

"breath in"

"breath out"

she repeatedly did this until there was no anger evident in her eyes

"flashlight check"

"bandages and antibiotics check"

"change of clothes for everyone check"

"ok let's go guys were gonna go to the center of the fields and confront the lady in white" said Alexandria

they turned on there flashlights and

a wave of fear radiated of each and everyone of the kids there as they set of on their journey

as they came to there first problem

Alexandria looked at the wall of poisonous flowered and other plants whit a sense of wonder for she had never seen something and beautiful yet deadly before

"how will we get around this it's deadly even brushing past it slightly would kill us in seconds whit that much poison accumulated in one place" said Blake as he snuck a quick glance at Kia which no one had seen

"shut up Blake you don't know what's in here" said Olivia as she scanned the area surrounding them until she spotted it a way to go around it "there" Olivia pointed out the opening just big enough to fit 2 people side by side and tall Enough as well "who goes first" is all that was uttered in that moment of silence after Olivia spoke "I will" said David as he took a quick couple of steps into the tunnel and just like that he was gone

panic and fear shot though the small group until they heard David speak "guys it's fine there's a few statues and a couple of grave stones but nothing more come on" but something wasn't right Kia could feel it in her gut she pushed Olivia away from the entrance to the tunnel and called out to David "if it safe come back and prove it to us" there was no reply for a minute then someone elses voice could be heard a voice that held malicious intention to the children "it's fine he can't come because he fell and got a little hurt but I will keep you all safe come children" but Kia refused to move one step as she saw a glimpse of what had spoken

a statue covers in blood whit eyes the colors of Ruby's but it's body in a state of decay

"noo think we're good here" said Kia as e grabbed a rock from nearby and threw it into the tunnel everyone was confused until they heard stone falling and a yell as the statue shot forward and attacked the children "you will pay

you will pay" was all that it said over and over as it relentless attacked them until a swift kick knocked it over and it smashed into hundreds of piece's

"this isn't worth it lets just turn back" cried Olivia as she nursed her arm Which was turning a grey color almost like

STONE

her scream was heard though out the field awaking something much worse and put them in far more danger then they could comprehend
