"I will take my leave now." I said

"Please." Elijah said coldly

As I left the office not an ounce of guilt was dropped.

My goal was for him to start thinking about me.. Granted it might be anger or confusion which my all means is not ideal. But everything comes at a price and Lia was ready for the consequences.

"Xiao." Elijah said coldly

"Y-yes?!" Xiao said Straightening up his back after hearing Elijah's cold tone all he could think was 'I pray to you God please don't let him kill me! I don't want to die.. At least not today!'

"Hm. What happened.? Emma is diffrent." Elijah admitted harshly

"How? I- I mean yes but your not saying that she isn't Emma right?" Xiao said

"Yes. I am she is to diffrent though she looks like her I do not buy it for a second" Elijah said

"Impossible How is she diffrent?" Xiao said

"She is meaner.. And more confident." Elijah said.

"Your still ganna divorce her right?" Xiao said

"No, I want to see how she is different even more, I am intrigued" Elijah admitted even more

' To hell you go she-devil! Why must you change right when the divorce papers come.. She must be putting on an act!' Xiao thought

"She could be doing an act to impress you?" Xiao said

"I suppose But no one can make that big of a change without their body giving a hint to they are 'acting' and her body gave no sign." Elijah said.

'There goes my hard work.' Xiao thought
