6 Chapter 5

When me and Bakugo headed out to train, I noticed Miki looking annoyed. I shrugged it off and trained with Bakugo. I changed into a better outfit for the exercising I'd do. I put on a black sports bra and a pair of colorful shorts. I found myself a hair tie and tied my hair up.

"Hurry up!" Bakugo shouted through the door. "Why the hell do girls take so long to change?" He groans.

"Sorry." I say sarcastically, walking out. He looked surprised. "What? Shocked I can look pretty?"

"You're showing a lot of skin."

"So?" I sigh. "Let's start."

"Yeah, let's." He grinned.

I stood straight simply waiting for his attack. When it came, he charged with explosions in his hands. Bakugo laughed right as I dodged. "Nice try." He attacks again, changing direction midcharge and jumps up into the air going towards me. the instant before he hit me, I turned into a cat to dodge. As soon as he hit the ground, I turned back and jabbed him in the stomach activating my other Quirk in that single moment as it hit him.

"That hurt." Bakugo groans as he gets up.

"Hey! You kids better get out now! The gym is closed!" Hound Dog barks at us.

"Yessir." I say with a smile. "Let's go Bakuboy."

"Bakuboy?" He grumbles, following me.

"Yep! That's what I'm gonna call you now."

"Whatever." He sighs.

"Here's your dorm. Bye!"

"Goodbye." Bakugo nods and walks in. I head back and tap on Miki's door.

"You up?"

"How was your date?" She asks, floating upside down using the air aspect of her Quirk.

"I already told you it's not a date!"

"Sure." She laughs flipping herself over and onto her feet. "Whatever you say."

"I beat him."

"I knew he wasn't strong enough!"

"Heh. Yeah. The look on his face said he wasn't gonna lose next time."

"Weakling." She laughs.

"Happens sometimes." I smile and notice how dark it has gotten. "I'm gonna head to bed now."

"G'night Ki."

"Night Mi." I smile faintly and leave.
