48 Chapter 47

After finishing up the tasks and getting a very needed change of clothes, we gathered all the ingredients for our dinner as we decided how to divide up the tasks. "I'll cook the rice!" Yacchan exclaimed, something that would be a bit difficult with our given tools. Shikatani-senpai seemed to know this from experience.

"Let's make curry," Toono said, his mouth watering at the idea. We decided we might as well. All we needed now was someone to chop vegetables and another to wash them.

I took the basket of vegetables and turned to Itome, "Should we go ahead and start? Here, I'll give you the potatoes and I'll take the onions. Toono you and Shikatani can go wash the other veggies."

Shikatani straightened his glasses, grabbing my wrist before I could pick up the first onion. "Don't forget to disinfect your hands."

"I just did. Every three minutes you've asked me to." 

He nodded. "Do it again."

I passed him the rest of the basket, "Go wash them."

He stared down at them in disgust, "I don't want to."

Toono took it and started to head off, but his movement brought me to Itome who raised the knife in his hand high before slamming it into the cutting board. "I missed..." he blushed in embarrassment.

"Itome-senpai!" He looked up at me as I facepalmed, "That's not how you cut potatoes!"

"Oh, Itome is pampered, don't give him sharp things like that." Shikatani explained, if only he'd said this sooner.

I rested my hand on Itome's forearm, "I'll cut; you watch." He looked down, furrowing his brows. "It's okay," I kissed his cheek, "I'll help."

Shikatani and Toono went to do their task as I showed Itome how to chop the vegetables, giving some guidance here and there. "So you've really never used a knife before?"

"I... I've never cooked at all before.. Have you done it before?"

"Yeah, I had to help around a bit at home. My dad's not from a wealthy family, so we couldn't afford all the upkeep my mom's relatives have." 

We had just finished chopping up the vegetables with some help from Toono too. "Look what I got!" Shikatani exclaimed, "Matsumura-sensei gave me some mushrooms. You like them, right (y/n)?"

"What?" I asked, when have I ever said anything like that?

"You like shiitakes, right? Because they have a big head." He snickered a little. I blushed realizing he had been making a joke about dicks. Toono jabbed Shikatani in the gut. "What was that for, you enoki?!"

"Who are you calling a small dick?! You haven't even seen mine!" Toono glared at him.

"Then why don't you show me now? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see, right (y/n)?"

My cheeks heated up, "Don't involve me in this."

"Then show us in the baths tonight."

Itome started laughing, but he tried to muffle it in the back of his hand. "Stop laughing!" Toono shouted at him, "Back me up here!"

"It's so rare to see Itome laugh though," I slumped my back against the wood.

"He actually laughs a lot easier than you think," Itsuki added.

"Come on (y/n)! Tell Shikatani-senpai I don't have a small dick!" Toono screamed.

"Um, hey guys..." Yacchan interrupted, "I, uh... finished the rice. How's the rest coming?"

Everything became awkward as we stared at him in silence.

Finally Shikatani interrupted, "Get it? Cumming?"
