It has been three months since I awoke from the coma and I have figured out the enhancing effect of restrictions and why I can't put more restrictions. The conclusion:
5(number of years magic power was restricted) X 5(risk of living 5 years without magic) X 2(number of years of the first restriction) X 2(risk taken due to the first restriction) X 2(number of years of the second restriction) X 2(risk taken due to the second restriction).
Overall magic increase= 5X5X2X2X2X2 = 400 times increase.
It should be kept in mind that a Normal Wizard has 1X magic power. Trained Aurors have 3X magic power and Dumbledore and Voldepussy have 8X magic power of a normal Wizard. From the stories of my mother, I have concluded that my father also had 8X power and that was before he was accepted by Excalibur. According to Legends Excalibur can enhance the magic power of its wielder by 10X and it can shapeshift according to the King's preference. It is just that my father was a jumpy fellow and a battle maniac, he rushed his own ending too much.
Right now, I am going to study Runes and Arithmancy, it is a six-hour class and it will be taught by my mother. Currently, I am heading inside the Library.

No.2: Meditate 2 hours a day, one hour for Occulmency and one hour for Magic control.
No.3: Don't mistreat Sasha and Zertasha, all the other servants and Peasants are free game. This is because they will be your Personal maids and we don't want any scars on them do we?
No.4: Sleep with me from now on, you are not allowed to cause trouble at night.
