Born amidst the misery of unending war and hunger, Lazaro found a book that pictured a fantasy-like world where a hero freed his country of hunger and death and allowed himself and his people a lifetime of joy and pleasure. He crawled on the mud and flew with the clouds, And when he was merely thirty-five, his small kingdom was on its feet. But fate played its trick and he had to mourn the loss of the loved ones he gathered on the journey. When he turned forty a new enemy came, an immeasurably stronger one.
