10 Episode 10 "9 Years Later"

"Xayreus" Academy was the most prestigious school in the world. In the human kingdom, it was not just for anyone with different marks to attend, but species such as elves, dwarves and beast humans could attend the Academy. It was a school that all races had built together, from the beginning of known history. The academy trains its students in a highly disciplined, harsh and brutal manner in order to earn its reputation. It was one of those atrocities on the last mission you had to do to graduate. Students had to form teams of at least four and kill two or more monsters. The strength of level two monsters was roughly equivalent to a person marked "6", but dealing with these monsters could be quite difficult for a group of children. The main reason the school gave the students this task was to teach the students to overcome the fear of death and survive even the most difficult situations. The Academy believed that only in this way could students become true magicians. There was absolutely no room for failure. Xayreus Academy was one such place. Millions of children were taking the entrance exam alone. Only ten thousand of them passed the exam, and that number continued to decline over time. There was absolutely no room for bribery or favoritism.

It was time for the final exam of the fourth graders at Xayreus Academy. As at the end of each year, the students went to Infinity Forest with their teams, then tried to kill a second-or higher-level monster, and then tried to get out of the forest. The number of exam participants this year was two hundred. The students who reached the exam site were joking and laughing without even knowing the seriousness. The teachers who saw this attitude of the students looked at the students in a condescending way, laughing at their stupidity. Because the teachers knew. Only a tenth of the students would come out alive.

Students thrown into the woods by the start of the exam had five days to return. The forest of Eternity was a highly dangerous and Monster-dominated area, not owned by any race. So there was absolutely no way help could be sent. The responsibility for the deaths was on the dead themselves. Because they went into the forest knowing they were going to die. The families were aware of that. On the third day of the competition, a team of level two deep in the forest managed to kill a monster. The team of students looking for the exit Youl consisted of five people. There were two Elves on the team, one monster human and three humans. Normally humans and elves would not get along well but teams had to be teams because teams had to be at least four.

For the elves, who were quite peaceful, this testing ground was quite advantageous. Because the forest was a friend of the Elves. Elves, who could talk to every plant, sacred creature and animal in the forest, could use the living things in the forest to fight. They played a very important role in the killing of the Beast. While those on the team didn't talk along the way, they were surprisingly attuned during the war. Trying to get out of the forest, the help of the elves made things easier again. Finally, the monster who couldn't stand the silence began to speak.

- "Come on! What's with all the tension in the air! We'll be the first group to finish the exam, so let's have some fun!"

The monster man was no different from normal people. They had almost the same characteristics as a normal human body, but there was only one difference. They had extra features on their bodies based on the type of monsters. The dog-style monster, for example, had people's tails, good-smelling noses, and ears shaped according to the type of dog. Monstrous humans, who have no problem with other species, would be quite friendly.

Shrugging Elves;

- "We have no problem getting along with these people! Just keep them as far away from us as possible! In this way, the test is finished without any problems."

The elves, though sharp-tongued, were quite beautiful. He had yellow hair, pointed ears and blue eyes. Not to mention her dress like a princess. People who can't handle humiliation;

- "Like we care too! We're not gonna pull your fucking ego! You're the one who shouldn't be talking! Even though we're in the jungle now, when we get out of here, you'll be on human soil! So watch your language!"

The elves, whose nerves deteriorated even more, responded to this incitement in the same way. The monster in between was trying to calm both sides of the person. As a result, they continued to make noise. But that was one of the biggest mistakes they could make in their lives. The forest of Eternity wouldn't forgive a mistake. Hearing the noise and following its source, Level Four a monster began flying towards the children. As they got closer, the children who felt the presence of the Beast froze. It was as if the fear they felt had taken over their entire bodies. They came to themselves with the sound of the trees breaking and prepared for the conflict. They knew they couldn't outrun the monster by running away.

The monster that finally got in their way was a glacial giant bee. The Bee, which reached about seven metres in length, was leaving a glacial layer where it was advancing. The yellow black stripes that were in normal bees were light blue and white. Although the children who decided to fight had forgotten what to do when they saw the Bee. They're like empty heads. They couldn't think of anything.

The Elves, with their legs trembling, fell to where they were. The humans and the monsters were just standing there. Unable to make sense of what was happening, The Bee was thrown towards the children at the last speed. He removed his needle from the lower side of his body, which stretched to two meters in length. Then the needle went through the human's belly, the monster that had frozen where it was. He shattered everything in the needle path from the other side. Skin, veins, organs, bones... The child, whose lower and upper sides of his body were separated from each other, fell to the ground. Seeing this, the elves started screaming, screaming as loud as they could and asking for help. So they drew the Bee's attention to themselves. The Bee, which was thrown in full swing once again, broke into two pieces and crashed into the ground until it opened its eyes. It all happened so fast that they couldn't see what it was, but a little further away from the Bee's body was a man wearing a mask. It was about 185 centimetres tall. Even though he was tall, he didn't look like an adult. But it didn't matter. A Level Four monster marked" 8 " was of adult manpower and killed this mysterious young monster in one move. Standing at the head of the corpse, the youngster put his hand on the Bee. A blue light rose from the body of the dead bee, and then the blue light rose into the body of the youngster.

When the youngster turned around, the Elves on the ground immediately stood up and bowed their heads, thanking the youngster for saving them. The other two who froze didn't say anything. This situation is quite his nerves broke. Two kids starting to whine;

- "The situation was under the control! We didn't need you to save us!"

After seeing the masked teenager's eyes, they began to tremble with fear. They felt a greater fear than the monster just before.

- "Who said I saved you?"the youth said.

He gently drew the sword he had worn around his waist and beamed behind the duo in an instant. Unable to make a sound, the duo's head slowly fell down from their shoulders. On his arm, there was the sign of the kingdom of "Diamonds".

- "I just wanted to kill you myself, that's all." said. young. His voice was freezing.

Then he turned to the elves, who were watching.

-"Get out of here. And don't tell anyone what you see here." said.

The elves, whose teeth clattered together in fear, shook their heads in the sense of "Yes." Then they started running at full speed.

The masked teenager, who heads the bodies, put his hand over the bodies in the same way he did to the Bee and reabsorbed the blue light that came out.

He slowly removed the gloves he was wearing on his hand and then started scratching his wrists.

"Every time I do this, it itches. Damn..."he went through it Young.

The teenager had the number "9" on his wrist. And in his eyes, there's endless darkness.
