19 Chapter Eighteen

Humility ,loyalty ,obedience and respect are the virtues of a queen and a wife in my kingdom .

Among all the days ,i have reigned as king ,I have never been solemn to a woman's words like I have done today .Initially ,I thought queen Krystal would be a bother to me in my kingdom but after what just happened here a moment ago ,I have got to learn two things about my wife and queen .

As a wife ,she pays attention to the needs of her husband which no other queen has done ever since I got married to them .

As a queen ,she has shown her bravery ,courage and confidence by being patriotic .She was ready to die under my magnificent sword which has executed and conquered many kingdoms .This means that ,if in any case in her life as queen ,the kingdom approaches a problem and needs a sacrifice ,she would readily avail herself for it .This shows that the future of Mugal is bright with such an intelligent queen .

*All hail Queen Krystal .....hail as chanted by the subjects *

These words uttered by the king did not seem to please the queens who biased queen Krystal but their concerns didn't matter to the king at all .

The ceremony can begin as the queen has arrived herself .

Queen Marga can have her seat now since the actual queen has come to take over ,the king said .

Queen Marga sat down feeling embarrassed by the king's words but she could not retaliate .

*Krystal began to play the harp as she began to sing .Her song was a simple melody she picked up from her mother while growing up .Her melodious voice had travelled outside the walls of the kingdom as her teary eyes began to search for her mother and sister in the crowd but she knew they were all delusions from her past memories .

When she began to dance ,she couldn't think of anything else not even the rhythms .She had only one hope in mind ; her lost heart was searching for her love who would free her from this slavery titled marriage .

She wished her thoughts would reach her lost love wherever he may be so she sang aloud and anyone who knew her better could sense the pain in her voice .

She got lost in her imaginations while dancing as she took off her veil from her face and threw it into the air hoping that her love would see this and show his reflection even if it was just for a minute .

Surprisingly ,her veil flew and landed on the laps of Prince Wales ;the crown prince of Mugal Kingdom who was also seated and drowned in emotions by the melodious song that Krystal sang .

Krystal turned and faced the crowd with all the dignitaries and ministers looking at her in amusement .*

What beauty , queen Gema said to herself as she starred at her rival queen ;Queen Krystal .

*Myel ,queen Alexa exclaimed as she was shocked to see her .

What is she doing here ,she questioned herself still in shock to set her eyes on her after seven long years of separation .

This is unbelievable ,she kept on saying to herself but didn't want to cause a scandal in front of everyone .

I can't be mistaking ,I'm sure it's her but I will have to wait till the ceremony is over before I can question her and ask for explanations ,she whispered to herself .*

*I have now understood why the king paid so much treasure to get her home ,some of the subjects began to whisper to each other .*

*All the eight queens of the king including the ones who biased her were mesmerized by her beauty .They couldn't look at her once or twice or thrice ,they just kept starring at her as if she was a shooting star .*

Wow ,said Prince Wales who couldn't take of his eyes from her either .Why is such beauty hidden under a veil in her teary eyes ?

Why the pain in her melodious voice when she's covered up in such beauty ? ,he questions himself still holding her veil in his hands and not ready to let go .

*Queen Krystal seeing that she has got the attention of everyone present in the hall began to play her flute and danced to the tune of the rhythm she created .

She danced until her feet began to bleed .Blood began to ooze from her wounded feet as it was not able to withstand the pain she was put through .

She kept on dancing not paying a single attention to her feet . She began to take steps forward and backwards with her bleeding feet making a drawing on the floor .

"If the wounded heart cannot be healed then how can the wounded feet feel the pain " ,these words kept on running in her memories as she danced with all the strength she got and fell really hard to the ground in front of King Duxan .Her blood was uncontrollable ,it kept on oozing but she still stood strong in her faith and laid herself right in front of the king whom she despised the most in her life .*

This is all a camouflage Duxan ,she stood to her feet burying all the pain and mentioned his name barely without any respect .

Everything here was a camouflage Duxan because you are a worthless and ruthless man with no shame installed into your stony heart.

Henceforth ,you will live to witness my retaliation and nothing else Duxan ,she spat on his him.

How dare you Krystal ?

A moment ago ,I considered you worth of my forgiveness but now you deserve to die for your insolence.
