8 Getting Familiar with New Powers: Part 2

I am now surrounded by demons, the source of the Doom Slayer's eternal hatred. Not only the run-of-mills ones, but also the more powerful ones, like the Hell Knight, the Caco demons, and even Barons of Hell. I wonder if that Spider-demon would come too. And I know just the reason as to why they swarm to me like moths to the fire. Hmph, it seems that Argent Energy is simply not enough to sustain their insatiable hunger. And then, they turn to a brand-new energy that is also unlimited to them, me. Not that I'll let them make me a battery though. I'm here to test my abilities and these mindless fools send themselves to my doorsteps. Perfect.

The swarm of demons made their beelines towards me and some imps shot fireballs at me. And with one simple look and a thought, those fireballs extinguished into nothingness. Must be the work of <Denial of Nothingness>. Returning things back to nothingness, huh? If that can be done, how about the opposite?

As I was thinking things through, a Hell Knight appeared before and gave me a straight, hard punch, thinking that I was just easy prey for him. How naive of them to think like this. Just because I look defenseless, that does not mean that I'm really defenseless.

"To dare touch my body with such dirty and malicious hand, you lot should be punished with death," I said.

What? Can't I even say this? Although I'm different from my ancestor, Gilgamesh, I still have my pride as a king. And those who dare to disrespect me shall be punished accordingly. And that includes death. Now, let us continue our test.

At the beginning, I can make fireballs that were shot at me disappear into the air. That is 'disintegrating' them into nothingness. Now how about I create a devastating attack on them out of nowhere. Yeah, I like that idea. But first, let me put those idiots who were pelting me with both physical and magical attacks again and again. And so, with a thought, I pushed those morons away from me and keep them in place by locking down the space that they currently stand in, with <Kaleidoscope>.

I see.

<Kaleidoscope> not only allows you to observe the 'Operation of the Parallel Worlds' and travelling there, it also allows you complete and perfect control of 'Space', that is if you know how to use it in particular. The same can be said for <Denial of Nothingness>, and <Heaven's Feel> which gives complete and perfect control on 'Reality' and 'Soul'. I'll have to test more of that in the later times. But now.....

A simple black hole will be enough for now.

I jumped high into the air from my position, hold myself in place, and then using the power of space and gravity, I generated a small black hole in my hand. Now, do not underestimate the small black hole in my hand. Once I released it onto the ground, the black hole will expand and devour all the demons around it until there is none in the area.

And I did what I just said.

It is quite satisfactory seeing all those idiotic demons getting sucked into the black hole, while getting their body squashed and pressed into paste. I let the black hole there for a minute or two while making sure that the ground is not affected by the black hole. After I make sure that no demons were in the vicinity, I dispersed the black hole.

The commotion caused more demons to swarm in the area. Great, more test subjects to try my powers on.

I wonder, since <Argent> energy was made from the soul of humans, I'll do the same to the demons, and let them have their own medicine. And, that was pretty anti-climatic. During the process, red wisps come out from the demons, getting them weaker and weaker until all of the red wisps were depleted from them. I then pulled those wisps and added them to my soul, not worrying that they will corrupt me in some way. <Heaven's Feel> somehow filtered and refined this wisps of energy to my own use. Not that I'll need it since I have unlimited mana source.

Now, that I think about it, it there a reactor of sorts that refines and filters all source of energy to the energy that the wielder uses?

One quick search in the 'Shop' says yes. And it cause 150 billion points, the same prize as each of the 3 True Magics. I do understand the reason of the cost. If a reactor like this can refine and filter all kinds of energy, I repeat, all kinds of energy, which include matters like poison, drug and such, without corrupting nor harming nor altering the wielder in all sorts of ways. The only thing you need is to have a very strong body to contain the energy that is constantly produced all the time.

And while I'm at it, might as well buy the 5th True Magic <Magic Blue> and integrate it immediately because, ZA WARUDO.

As I said that word, time really stopped. The transaction and the integration happened in the instant the moment I bought <Magic Blue>. During the stopped time, I saw swarms and swarms of demons making their way to me again Well, they're stopped in time so, I'll let that slide.

It seems that I can stopped time indefinitely as long as my magic holds, which is unlimited, so let me make my way into the ARC Cooperates, which is situated in Mars and copy all the weapons with their respective mods here including the BFG 9000 and the Crucible, the 2016 one. I copied the latter when I returned to hell. It was really funny watching the demons just stopped in time, doing whatever they want, not knowing that an intruder has come and copied their prized weapons.

Still in the time-stopped realm, I modify all the weapons so that they can shoot unlimited amounts of ammo. Basically, I made my own version of the 'Unlimited Bullets' cheat code and installed it on all weapons, safe for the Crucible. I then get ready with the weapons, wanting to feel how Doom Slayer fights.

I muttered, "Time has moved again," and all the demons that were stopped in place still made their beelines towards me.

What they didn't know was,

...

They were seeing the second coming of the Doom Slayer.
