"Zeid?" Illuminaire called out to him, but he didn't answer.

She already wondered inside his whole bedroom, but he was nowhere to be found. Thinking he might have gone to the study or the garden, she looked around for him, ensuring she was unseen by the guards and everyone else. Still, she couldn't find him.

Feeling anxious, she used her magic to detect if he was in the vicinity, and to her horror, he wasn't. She immediately dashed out of the mansion to look for him, and there he was, walking aimlessly on a dark road until a group of men took him by surprise and kidnapped him.
