1 The Beginning

"Throw his body outside the castle and feed him to the beasts outside! Remember, no one must know about this event. If such news will leak out, then all of you will die a cruel death!" A woman that looked to be in her mid-twenties spoke with a voice full of loathing. Her beautiful face distorted into that of fury as she glanced at a young man's dead body. She did not even feel remorse after ordering his death.

The woman was the kingdom's Queen and also the mother of the crown prince. She might look young, but her age was nearing forty. But with the help of the kingdom's top alchemists, she was able to retain her youth despite her increasing age.

As for the young man, the Queen discovered that he was actually the King's bastard child. He was not even a son among one of the King's concubines, but a son to an unknown woman at that. His identity in itself was a big blasphemy towards the kingdom's name, thus to maintain their image and pure bloodline, the Queen ordered his death right after knowing the truth.

"Yes, your highness!" More than ten guards spoke without a hint of hesitation. All guards were loyal only to the Queen herself and they will never betray her, even in death.

One of the guards hoisted the young man's body on his shoulder and left the castle. Two more guards followed behind him, while the others remained on the Queen's side.

Queen Selena glanced at the receding silhouettes, but her focus was on the young man's dead body. Her face was cold as ice, but her eyes burned with intense hatred.

A few hours later, outside the Hadune Kingdom.

"To think that this young servant who served the Queen for more than five years, was actually the King's bastard child."

"Don't you dare talk bullshit about the Queen!"

"Both of you, shut the fuck up and just do what we were told to do!" The guard carrying the young man's dead body shouted in exasperation. The two guards following behind him instantly shut their mouths and just glared at each other sharply.

They stopped their horses from moving after arriving at the border of a forested area right outside the Hadune Kingdom.

"This place is good enough. There are a lot of stray beasts even in this location." The leading guard jumped out of his horse and threw the young man's dead body further away.

"Thud! Thud!"

The three guards did not feel any compassion at all. For them, all that matters was the Queen's orders and everything else comes second.

"Let's leave this place. We may be strong, but a lot of fierce beasts go here during the night to hunt for prey." The leading guard glanced at the darkening sky as he spoke. The two guards behind him felt cold after hearing what he said. He was right, there were indeed a lot of stronger beasts that hunt for prey during the night.

"Hiyaa!"

The neighing of three horses resounded as the three guards left the scene.

The young man's dead body was full of bruises. His face was barely recognizable with his current look, but his silver hair was pretty eye-catching.

The young man's name was Roan. The memory of his childhood was hazy and all he can remember vividly was only the memories when he was already twelve years old. What he remembered about his childhood was merely his name and the rest was a cloudy mess of thoughts.

Blood began to seep out of his wounds, attracting the attention of some nearby beasts.

An orb of light suddenly appeared beside the young man's dead body and it floated profoundly like a divine object, greatly scaring the approaching beasts.

"Haha! Celestial Emperor, what a fool you are to believe that you are capable of killing me, the God of Domination! You might have destroyed my immortal body, but my immortal soul can never be erased by losers such as you!

To think that you did not even know that I was playing with your wife for countless years and that you have been cuckolded for almost a millennia! Haha!

Celestial Emperor my ass! Just wait and see you old fool. Once I regain my immortal body, then your daughters won't be able to escape my divine rod! I will make them feel that only I, the God of Domination, is capable of giving them perpetual euphoria!" A burst of manic laughter reverberated loudly within the forest's border region. But the strangest thing was that no one present can be seen aside from a dead body of a young man and an orb of light floating ceaselessly above him.

"Hmmm? This body can be my temporary shell before I find a more suitable one for myself." The orb of light floated towards the young man and it went inside his head.

"Oh! This body is quite good for a mortal. He could be a core disciple in one the Primordial God Realm's top sects.

But this body is mine now. And with my techniques, I could promote this physique into a much better one. The heavens are helping me! Haha! Fate is on my side! Just you wait you old fart!"

The crazy laughter suddenly paused.

"This.... This... What kind of soul is this?! Ugghhh! It's sucking my soul strength! Fuck! Who is this kid?! Ughhhhh!"

The young man's body radiated a sacred light. And the wounds all over him healed at a discernible speed. His skin which was as white as snow flashed several archaic carvings all over his body that vanished in less than ten seconds.

His long eyelashes fluttered slowly and a beautiful pair of silver eyes can be seen staring at the surroundings with a perplexed expression.

"Where am I?" A charming voice asked with a confused expression.
