4 Scene 3 : Arthur

Swarvis swiftly took the coat and hat that Arthur removed.

"Welcome home, Young Master."

Arthur nodded. "Long time no see, Swarvis."

Lilian only paid attention to their fleeting interactions. She almost half ran into Arthur. Lilian heard Anna's muffled screams and gasped from few other servants.

In Ha - Lilian - was currently deciding to play her role as a bitch's little sister to seduce her brother, a path sometimes taken to get her way. The play she got most often.

"Brother! I really miss you!"

Lilian's brother body was frozen. His heart beat a little abysmally. He must be very surprised. Lilian smiled innocently and raised her face. Arthur's blue eyes looked at Lilian's blue eyes. His brown hair which was similar to Lilian's was a little untidy. His jawline was firm and his thin lips were slightly open.

'Holyy shiiiittt!!!'

In Ha screamed silently. Lilian's brother was really her type. How come this gorgeous and such hottest man became her brother!

Arthur's forehead frowned slightly. "Sister?"

"No. I am your lover that has been waiting for you in a long time."

"Pftt ...."

Lilian closed her mouth when she heard someone laughing. She cursed in her deep heart. Forget for a moment that she was Lilian, and not In Ha.

"O, of course, sister! I'm Lilian! Have you forgotten your beautiful sister?"

Lilian took a step back and held his hands nervously. She inhaled slowly then raised her face. Her smile fluttered again unknowingly. Lilian blinked and tried to remember what she had to do.

"Ah, welcome home, brother! How was your journey?"

Arthur still looked at her.

'Oow, please don't look at me like that, it make me want to attack you!'

Lilian cleared her throat. "Brother, why are you staring at me like that? Are you mesmerized by your sister?" Lilian showed a shy smile.

Arthur's face was still dumbfounded.

"You didn't say your sister interesting like this." Someone laughed from behind Arthur.

Lilian tilted her body. A man with black hair as dark as the night, covered his lips with his fist. His silver eyes curled into a crescent moon and he held his stomach in laughter. Lilian remembers his description.

"I don't know myself." Arthur turned to him. "Lilian, she ..."

"...the second prince, Michael Ludtford ..." Lilian murmured involuntarily.

Michael's laughter vanished instantly. His eyes glared at Lilian. Arthur turned to Lilian.

"How do you know?"

"Huh?"

"I'm sure this is the first time you have met."

Arthur narrowed his eyes.

"Uh ... that ... I ... did a little research. At least I have to know who is around my brother, isn't that right? Ahaha ..." Lilian laughed to cover her nervousness. "By the way, you must be tired. Let's take a break over tea." Lilian ignored Michael and took Arthur's arm.

"Swarvis, did you prepare what I said earlier?"

Swarvis who was shocked tried to change his expression.

"Yes, Miss. I will prepare another one for His Majesty."

"Sorry to bother." Michael said apologetic.

"No, Your Highness. It's an honor to welcome His Majesty to the Duke's house. We apologize in advance if our services are somehow lacking. "

"Relax. Today I came as Arthur's friend." Michael's smile returned to his face.

"Come in." Arthur invited Michael to follow him.

"Thank you."

Lilian felt the gaze from behind her back. Lilian had to minimize her interactions with Michael so that he wouldn't love her. If Michael didn't love her then he won't end up killing himself. But ... there was something strange. Shouldn't she and Michael meet for the first time at the tea party next week? What was he doing here?

"Erm ... Lilian, can you let go my arm?"

"Why?" Lilian asked innocently.

"That's ... a little uncomfortable ... the prince is here." Arthur felt awkward.

Lilian laughed to herself. Of course. Lilian who he knew never held his hand let alone clinging to his arm like this. Even though she was considered jovial, the original Lilian was truly act a ladylike.

"You're really cute, brother. Are you ashamed that your sister is sticking like this? I haven't seen you in so long. I almost forgot how you looked. Am I not allowed to?" Lilian raised her eyes. Her lips pursed.

"No ... that is ... at least ... sit there." Arthur pointed to the chair beside him. Michael had already sat in a one place chair. Lilian was furiously forced to stay away.

Michael's eyes could not look away from her. Finally lilian took it out on that man.

"Sorry if I'm not polite, why are you staring at me all the time, Your Highness?"

Arthur hurriedly put down the cup he was about to lift. "Lilian! Sorry, Mike. My sister usually isn't like this."

"... It's okay. I'm actually really entertained. It's rare to see your cold face confused from earlier." Michael chuckled and sipped his tea.

"Lilian, apologize quickly."

"Why? The one who rude is him. This is our first meeting and he has behaved that way." Lilian glared her eyes. "Don't tell me ... did you fall in love at first sight with me?"

"LILIAN!!!"

Michael's laugh boomed in the living room. Swarvis even looked worried at Lilian. He prayed that the second prince would not be offended. If so, then the Lesnerg family will not go unpunished.

"Your sister is really funny." Michael wiped the tears that came out of the corner of his eye. "Sorry to disappoint your imagination, but no, I'm just surprised that Arthur never talked about you." Michael could hear her murmuring 'Good, if not..."

Michael looked at her curiously. His laugh that was stopped again came when he heard Lilian's next words.

"Why does he have to tell his precious sister to just anyone."

"Lilian!" Arthur squeezed his temple. His cold blue eyes looked at Lilian. "Go back to your room."

'Whaaaat?'

Lilian looked at Arthur in horror. Was she choose the wrong step? The final glimpse of Lilian's life crossed her mind again.

"Now!"

Lilian bit her lip. Looks like she has to find another way. Lilian stood up, smoothed her dress and lifted both sides of her dress with half bent. Unwillingly forced to leave from there.

"Forgive my immature behavior, brother. Because I lived alone for too long, I felt excessive happiness when you returned. I don't know if longing for you weighs on you. And I apologize sincerely to Your Highness ..."

Lilian closed her jaw tightly.

"... because of my rude attitude towards your unannounced arrival from His Majesty. Now, I will return to my room and reflect on myself. Please continue your conversation and don't mind me."

Lilian withdrew dramatically and left the two people in the living room speechless.

"..."

"..."

"... aren't you a bit too much?" Michael glanced at Arthur. Arthur just kept quiet and sipped his tea again.
