Morning After

As the darkness in the sky slowly disappears, the sunlight lights up the horizon.

As the morning sun rose up into the sky, it wakes up the sleeping city.

As rush hour sets in, Seoul's streets became loud and crowded.

The sunlight creeps through the dark tinted windows of the apartment.

As Hora and I had been in the throughs of love all night, we held each other close as we slept.

The dry and somewhat hot sunlight shines on my face, as I frown and struggle for a while before finally opening my eyes.

Although I was awake, deep inside, I was still dumbfounded.

I turned to the warm and tender body that had pressed against mine. As if she was afraid that I might disappear, she wraps around my waist tightly.

My mind slowly wakes up.

Facing Hora, the Ice goddess, her pretty little face was still red and tender, the beautiful flower has fully bloomed.

Even in her sleep, she brings me a strong sense of comfort and joy.
