This book is about a character that will be similar to Pennywise but on a more chaotic spectrum. He is disgustingly overpowered, and his wishes would be a hit or miss for some people, and all he will ever want is to travel and wreak havoc upon other worlds while holding back his powers by only using his avatars. But at some point, other beings will start to appear and cause problems for him, as those tier 0 beings will also have a power boost, albeit it won't matter as he is on a warpath for revenge, and I thought it would be funny to have some sort of demonic spider God to cause someone's life a living hell.
