The armor flew headfirst towards the two. Vanessa jumped out of the way whereas Logan held his ground. The smack from the helmet to the little shield clung a vibration to Vanessa's ears. Logan took a dive, hitting the helmet with his sword.

"Vanessa!" he yelled, as he landed a second strike before taking a defensive stance.

Slow and methodical punches came from the gauntlets to Logan's shield. Each sending him back with the wave of energy that traveled through his body. If his stance was less than perfect, he would've been dead.

Vanessa seemingly pierced her sword straight through midair at the armor. Many thought she turned useless. Within seconds of that thought, frost emitted from her feet. A blast of crystalized ice shot from her sword. The crystals rose over 10-feet, capturing the armor.
