1 THE BEGINNING OF THE CHANGE

We all know that zombie apocalypse is fictional and overrated so we don't believe it but if I were to tell u that it is real, would anyone believe me after all, no would believe a 14 year old who is from one of the third world countries . I still remember that day in the back of my mind as if it was yesterday things got worse as it was bad in Yanus
My name is Fanfir Manoti I know my name is not common but mother said it means dragon as I was born to be in the skies and that I had the blood of the dragon.I was one of the aliens or people would say peculiar kids because of my purple silver eyes and black thick hair and this is my journey.
FANFIR MANOTI GET IN THE HOUSE RIGHT THIS INSTANT;yelled my mother .
yes mom i said but before I could enter the house I saw comics passing. I did what any child would have done or what I would have done .I run to mom to tell her. just as I had started running.
I felt an earthquake it was so strong that I fell it lasted 2 minutes then it stopped abruptly like as if nothing had happened ,so I went home.
"Fanfir I believe that I told not to leave the house. do you want to fall sick and die "mom told me .I said no. I know it would sound harsh to a 14 year old but I knew I had done a mistake as it was just recently all my grandparents had died due to the chronic disease that has plagued the whole world not sparing any age .leaving only me and her in the mountains as it took almost 2 hours to reach the neighbouring people but we did well alone as. me and mother liked our peace and quite considered that in the whole village we were named witches because of our eyes and hair.but that didn't bother me at all as long I had her. yap that's yanus for you but we don't blame cause they were right in there way but we aren't witches those arrogant b*itches.no we were way more powerful than them and it will remain that way haha.yap am a confident person give me a break.
Then mom removed from my thoughts by flicking my forehead, "Are you listening to me young lady "she said and I said "yes mom" giving her the most adorable smile I could master.
"As I was saying I know you have felt it the world is going to change soon so be ready my chubby Chubs. I said "yes mother"mother continued "and the witches are preparing they want to recruit us "",NO MOTHER "I said "those people are nothing but selfish ,despicable creatures. "she silenced me saying "I refused the invitation if you had let me finish "sorry, mother "I said and asked her what were we going to do "nothing "she replied. "we are just going to watch ,since we have a lot of space, a large wall where no one would disturb us .let us stop even we help those humans they are always greedy people exploiting everything and never satisfied "she admonished I was relieved because she was a soft hearted person always seeing the good in everything and any body.
So I smiled at her."mom,what is going to happen" I asked curiously " she laughed saying "my dear curious daughter everything is going to happen and everything is going to change you will see soon enough the world is going change and the supernatural have been waiting, lurking in shadows for this to happen to finally strike those humans.
