15 CHAPTER 14

With that, we were lost in conversation. We were talking and laughing. It turns out I had a lot of things in common with the pretty boy than I thought. I was really opening up. We both were. I had to admit we instantly clicked, and I liked the guy. "I totally misjudged you, Sam. I have a feeling we will be really great friends" I couldn't help but get a genuine feeling about what he said "me too, maybe even best friends, I'm sure you, barb and I would be the perfect trio" we both mainly laughed remembering how me, Cass and Barb had swerved through highschool. Yes. I told him everything. I heard my phone beep and saw that it was almost 9."How did time fly by so quick" I giggled as we both got up to walk out the cafeteria.

"I'm so glad I met you, Sam, even happier that you didn't judge me, thank you," he said, hugging me "text me later, pretty boy," I answered, rubbing his back. Don't judge me. I'm not good with emotions, but he gets me. I hurried off to the dorms storming in to find Hailey and Barb passed out on Hailey's bed. I couldn't help but laugh at the way they lay. They looked drunk. I knew they'd hit it off. I got into bed and let the darkness consume me.

------------------------------------------

I slowly opened my eyes as the sleep wore off. I picked up my phone to check the time. It was only 5. Why the heck was I up this early? I sat up, looking over to Hailey's bed. She and Barb were sprawled on the bed, still knocked out. I could tell that their alcohol intake was quite a lot. A chuckle escaped my lips as I imagine the mess they might've made wherever they got hammered at, but one thing's for sure, they'll have a hell of a hangover.

Well, since I'm up, I might as well do something. I took my laptop and decided to Netflix my way into the day. I chose a new series titled The Oath, and a couple of episodes down, the sun was hinting at our window, piercing through the blinders to illuminate our room in a magnificent yet faint orange. I crawled out of bed and walked towards the window. I didn't want to wake my girls up, so I just went behind the blinds so I could watch the sunrise. It is and will remain to be nature's most breathtaking sight.
