9 Chapter 9 - All Alright FOR Us...

Xavier awakened a mere twenty minutes after he had blacked out. There was no change in his circumstances…

Weights still floated about a graviton-saturated room.

Chairs were still lodged in walls…

Xavier still felt as shitty as he did before blocking out – thankfully, the erroneous emotions were starting to clear from his mind.

They weren't his emotions, to begin with.

At least, he hoped they weren't.

"I need to calm my mind," The Eternal forced his body to stand and depart the gym, heading for the only place in the house he could find solace.

Two turns…

Down the stairs…

In the living room was a black piano as expensive as it looked – it was the only indulgence Xavier's parents had allowed him. The piano arrived after his first week in Forks.

Unlike everything else, it wasn't here when he arrived.

"Really need to call my mom and dad," Xavier mused.

Though he had no special feelings toward his parents, it did help him to hear their voices and guess at the possibilities of their lives. It was a fun mystery to never be solved.

Xavier sat in front of the piano and lifted the Fall Board.

Every instant of touching the piano was smooth to the feel, and for some reason that disturbed Xavier. It almost felt as if the piano was made by an inhuman technique.

Xavier tended to trust his instincts on these things.

Feet on the pedals.

The Eternal was ready to play, but his mind was stumped searching for the perfect song to describe his current mood. Actually, there were more than enough songs to describe his mood, but those songs would only serve to instigate him further.

"I need something calming, something sad, and something that will express my anger as well…"

No song came to mind.

Of course, though everyone may think Xavier was some sort of musical genius, the truth of the matter was a 2022 plagiaristic memory.

Luckily, Xavier had no shame about stealing music from the future of an alternate Universe. He had long confirmed that none of the songs from his world was present in this one.

Sure, there were similar songs, but never exactly the same.

"Besides, all the songs I choose are decades away, at least," The Eternal convinced himself.

Xavier had a heavy heart.

He knew exactly which song would speak to him the most at the moment, but he was reluctant to speak the words that would prematurely end his first love in the new universe.

And this fear stemmed beyond this Universe.

Xavier could recall his first love – the pain of their parting, the sweetness of the reunion, and all the cheating and anger in between those moments.

"It scares me to try again…" He finally admitted.

OOOH

OOOH

OOOH

Xavier opened his mouth and a sweet hum rang through the house – being an Eternal meant he had higher control of his body's function, and this included his vocal cords.

I'm really on the ropes this time 🎵🎶

I've been fighting all my life for you 🎵🎶

I never should've said goodbye 🎵🎶

But maybe that's what stupid people do 🎵🎶

Cause you gave me peace 🎵🎶

And I wasted it 🎵🎶

I'm here to admit 🎵🎶

That you were my medicine 🎵🎶

Oh, I couldn't quit 🎵🎶

And I'm down on my knees again 🎵🎶

Asking for nothing 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life, ooh 🎵🎶

Ooh, ooh, ooh-ooh 🎵🎶

Don't think I could forgive myself 🎵🎶

I'm sorry for the ways I used you 🎵🎶

And I could care less right now 🎵🎶

But you know, you hurt me pretty good too 🎵🎶

Yeah, we made each other bleed 🎵🎶

And we tasted it 🎵🎶

I'm here to admit 🎵🎶

That you were my medicine 🎵🎶

Oh, love, I couldn't quit 🎵🎶

And I'm down on my knees again 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life, ooh 🎵🎶

Ooh, ooh, ooh-ooh 🎵🎶

So wake me up when they build that time machine 🎵🎶

I want to go back 🎵🎶

Wake me up when you are sleeping next to me 🎵🎶

Cause I really loved you, ooh – ooh 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life, ooh 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life, yeah 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

Thank you for the happiest year of my life 🎵🎶

CLAP

CLAP

CLAP

Xavier spun in his seat, eyes narrowing as he searched for the origin of the clapping, and when he found it, The Eternal was stunned into silence.

"I wish you said these things when we were together," Angela joked, nervously fidgeting on the stairs where she stood. "I mean, I guess you could never express yourself unless it was in a song."

Xavier remained silent – he was too stunned.

"Say something…" She pleaded in a voice that exuded a façade of strength – a façade of keeping it together. "Anything would be good. For example, you can say if you actually want me here or not?"

"How?" Xavier asked, not being able to manage many words.

"Jessie saw your mood and she came to get me. I mean, she was always the considerate one – keeping the holes in our relationship from leaking," Angela took the last three stairs down, making her way next to the couch. "We couldn't get inside so Jessie showed me the secret ladder to your room. I was expecting to find you up there but I heard the music and came down."

Xavier frowned. "You should remember I am dangerous," He asked a question in the form of a statement.

"I know…" Angela admitted, smiling bitterly as she caressed the left side of her neck. "You warned me what you needed and I am sorry I didn't understand what that meant. I do understand now."

"Understand but cannot tolerate?" Xavier's voice was simultaneously hopeful and hopeless.

Understand but not tolerate," Angela agreed, placing the couch between herself and Xavier as a form of caution. "Our relationship was perfect in every way – and that's why I had to get out. You wouldn't allow anything but perfection on the days you decided, and ignored me on the days when I was not needed."

"I can—"

"I can change?" Angela shook her head as if profoundly exhausted. "We dated for a month and I can tell – a woman knows sometimes. I know you can change and I also know I will not be the person who manages to change you."

Angela left the protection of the couch, marched her way into Xavier's personal space, and wiped the tears falling from his cheeks – tears The Eternal wasn't aware he was shedding.

"You don't need to cry for me," Angela was holding back her own tears. "It's just the truth – I am not enough for you. But I will be enough for someone."

"Someone like Brandon?" Xavier asked through gritted teeth.

"I know you understand how broken he is," Angela smiled gently, caressing the sides of Xavier's face. "He needs me… I know how strong you are – I don't know everything but I know enough. You could have really hurt him whenever you wanted but you always held back because you wanted to push him, not hurt him. And it just so happened that you pushed him in the right place – to me."

"Honestly, I just thought it would be a shame for the kid to die so early," Xavier joked. "Suicide is a cowardly way to go."

"And now he is getting better, and don't worry," Angela caressed lower, brushing her fingers along Xavier's neck as if in a trance. "Our relationship isn't as he implied in the cafeteria. I am more like his life counselor if anything."

"Um…" Xavier was lost in Angela's gentle touch.

His eyes were closed and a slight golden glitter drifted across his body, following the caress of Angela's hand.

"I miss this…" She whispered, twirling her finger in the golden glitter of Cosmic Energy.

"Then, don't leave me…" Xavier's eyes reopened, and he captured Angela in his gaze, speaking as if a command. "We are young, we can figure things out."

"That wouldn't work," Angela took a step forward, leaning her head on Xavier's chest as her hand gently rubbed his stomach, drifting evermore lower. "… You would hurt me again even without meaning to. You need someone stronger than you – someone, who can also take care of you."

"You did that…"

"I held you back," Angela pointedly replied. "All your steps were half a step behind mine – afraid I would be hurt without your protection. All my articles came to you for approval, and you picked my dresses. You didn't want a relationship, you wanted to control and I gave you too much of it."

Xavier sighed and placed a hand on Angela's shoulder, running his hand along her spine. The experience was as soft and sexually charged as he recalled it.

Angela's hand found Xavier's pants, grasping the rapidly hardening cock within – it was as big as she remembered it… definitely too big for her hands.

She recalled the first time.

It was painful…

It was fun…

It was wild…

But most of all, it was monstrously demanding on her body, creating bruises that took weeks to heal. It was not an experience she was keen on repeating, but now that she was here, it seemed her body had other ideas.

'Did I like it?' Angela asked herself the question a thousand times. 'Do I like the way we do it? Doesn't it hurt? Do I like the pain?'

In the midst of her thoughts, Angela felt fingers brush against her lips, and though her eyes widened in the realization of what was happening, she knew it was already too late.

Reluctantly – maybe even somewhat expectantly – she opened her mouth, allowing Xavier's fingers onto her tongue. And she did as she did before, as he trained her to.

Angela sucked on Xavier's fingers, curled her tongue, and pinched the appendages between her teeth. The taste of his fingers was as divine as she recalled – it made her energetic.

Xavier's body tilted and his lips met Angela's neck.

"Mhmmmm…"

Her moan was loud, demanding, and begging.

"Mhmmmm…"

Xavier's eyes flickered with a golden hue – unconscious, instinctively.

Angela felt the flood of energy tingling her nerve endings, and soon, the ground was no longer felt beneath her sock-cloaked feet.

"Mhmmmm…"

But the pleasure remained constant.

Xavier was indulged in establishing his dominance via the accumulating marks on Angela's neck, but he could still detect the rousing gravitons.

Had it been anyone else, he would have ceased all action, but Angela was aware of his uniqueness. Though it was never discussed in detail – she knew enough and had kept silent enough to earn a modicum of trust.

The duo slowly made love, floating in the air.

"Xavier… please…" Angela didn't know if she was begging for Xavier to stop, or fill the rapidly dampening space between her legs with the one thing she missed so dearly.

Xavier carefully lowered his kisses, and everywhere he kissed, a golden light would ripple from his lips, dissolving that part of Angela's clothing.

By the time The Eternal was on his knees, Angela's black, laced French-cut was the only thing still intact.

Still, Xavier went lower, and for the first time in their relationship, Angela was profoundly surprised. Xavier had always made love to her with the expertise of a God, but he made a point never to lower himself before her.

It was always her being lowered, hung, and overly submissive.

But this time, Angela found a treat.

Xavier's kiss went lower than her stomach, bordered on the edge of her moist pussy, along her slowly opened legs… his tongue licked a trail from her calves to her feet.

And finally, when her socks had dissolved into golden ashes, Angela felt the caress of her toes by a moist object – a tongue… even more amazingly, it was Xavier's tongue.

The superiority flooded Angela with tangible guilty pleasures.

Just as she felt Xavier would be compliant to all her desires, The Eternal abruptly stood – her foot in his mouth, forcing her leg to raise alongside him.

She was bare to him.

She had always been bared to him, but as Angela's eyes met Xavier, she felt as if he was looking at her as a person for the first time.

Not just a story meant to be conquered.

For the first time in her life, Angela was grateful for the dreadful ballet classes she was forced to take in elementary school. Without those classes, she wouldn't have been able to bare witness to the tongue of the hottest guy she knew, curled around her toes.

Xavier's eyes lit with a golden hue.

Angela's eyes matched The Eternal's.

Simultaneously, the duo reached for Xavier's rod – it was big enough for the both of them to get a hold of it without their hands touching.

Angela gripped the head, guiding it forward, and Xavier gripped the root, steading the beast as it followed Angela's lead.

"Ugh… mhmm…"

The head parted her folds and Angela already felt stuffed, but for Xavier, for this moment she knew she would never forget, there was always room for more.

The head…

The parting…

Every inch was a battle…

And when insertion came, Angela and Xavier, both felt electricity rampaging through their bodies. Their lips met and everything in the room stirred as gravity churned.

Angela felt varying slow and fast strokes to oblivion.
