How it Came to be

"My country was at war. That war was known as "The Calamity", it was the biggest battle anyone had ever seen. For years, the world was in a state of despair. The world was thought to end but then, the place that everyone called home, was struck with another disaster. A massive meteor, the biggest meteor ever seen in history. Humanity was already struggling enough. Some thought that this was a sign from God that he had given up on them. The meteor was said to hit the Earth in 2 weeks. During that time a boy named Ruth was born. That boy was me."
