Chapter 2

(Akira's Section)

My name is Akira Cliff, my parents hated me from the minute I was born, I was a disgrace, a female alpha was a blight on the pack, but I was their only child. They forced me to pretend to be a boy, short hair and they bound my breasts when I started developing, I grew to six foot one but it still wasn't enough, I kept trying to be stronger to prove them wrong, I won everything, I got an A in every class.

It still wasn't enough, and finally when I told them I was Bisexual...that was the last straw.

They kicked me out, in the same instance the neighbors son was getting kicked out because he was gay, so we had a stupid idea, I started a pack for the misfits, the trash thrown away by humanity. I was so angry for years, still am, I've ripped a man's head clean off for fun and I've had even the staunchest Alphas Bow at my feet. I was finally good enough. But now there's an emptiness, My Beta got a mate and I found myself longing for something like that, but who could love someone like me? No one. So I decided I was unlovable. I was fine with that.

I couldn't help but smile at my new mate, her blond hair was just too cute and her stunning green eyes made me want to Fuck her senseless, I'd been horny for years and sitting less than a foot away from Charlotte was driving me crazy. In truth this wasn't meant to be an actual pairing, it was just insurance that I wouldn't make an offspring and that Kai wouldn't go back on his deal. Somehow though, this blond omega already had me on my knees, her scent was intoxicating, every time she moved I wanted to gouge out the eyes of everyone who saw her because she was mine. Charlotte looked at me, then as soon as she saw me looking back she hid behind her hands, the small car was then flooded by her aroused smell. I bit my lip and held back. She's my mate, sure, but I don't plan on marking her until after marriage, or at least until she's ready. Most Omegas liked waiting and getting to know each other in order to establish a proper mark. Charlotte's Arousal died down eventually and I took a deep breath.

This girl is going to kill me.

The House I stayed at in my pack territory was huge, I stayed there mostly alone besides a few basic staff members, this made the perfect atmosphere for some political maneuvering and a chance to get closer to my mate.

"This place is nice" Charlotte said as she walked in the door, I couldn't help but smile.

Charlotte, Charlie, Lotte, Char-Char, I rolled her name around in my head, I was supposed to be a domineering Alpha but In reality I just wanted to lay my head on her.

"The master bedroom is down the hall, you'll be staying there with me. The kitchen is over there and there's a library down the hall already set up for you" I said, keeping my tone flat, I couldn't let my emotions show, I didn't want to scare her away. "A library?" She asked, her green eyes filled with little sparkles.

God she's cute.

"Yes, it has a desk and office for you, including soundproof walls." I said, my eyes studying her face, enjoying the pure joy that exploded across it. "Go to the bedroom and change first. That dress is...tight...on you" I dragged out my words, that dress was hugging her so tight that I spent 80% of the meeting Eye-fucking her.

"Anything you would...like me to wear?" Charlotte asked hesitatingly, my heart almost burst out of my chest "Something...formal...you're meeting the pack....and some of the other alphas.." I said Carefully, my brain refusing to function as she walked to the bedroom I showed her We should shift and meet her wolf. Aki said, her voice was honest but I shook my head, I needed to think clearly and try to ignore how sexy she was.

At least for tonight.

"You're telling me, that your new mate, is all part of a bigger plan to unite The packs????" Jakob said, Aren, his Alpha, was deeply asleep.

"Yes, Charlotte is my mate for that purpose, and also as an alliance promise." I repeated,

Kaleb slammed the table angrily and his mate held him back "HOW COULD YOU FUCKING DO THAT?" He shouted, Leia held him back and used her pheromones to calm him down.

"Leading on an Omega like that, you should be ashamed of yourself!" Kaleb said, causing Charlotte to flinch, I gave him a warning growl.

"Don't scare my Mate" I said lowly, he got up and got in my face "Make her your actual mate and I'll agree to this plan, otherwise I won't stand for it. Mates are till death, anything other than that is a shame to all wolves." Kaleb said, he was 3 inches taller than me and used it to reinforce his threats. "Fine. We'll meet here in two weeks." I said carefully, the others slowly started to leave, Leia grabbed my shoulder before she left "You know his opinions on this. We'll stand by your side but you need to stop denying it." Leia said carefully, I ignored her and let her leave, Charlotte walked up to me.

Just smelling her Pine and Holly smell made me calmer, she hugged me.

"So..I know this is sudden...but I'll allow you to mark me..." Charlotte said, my head jolted up.

Charlotte's beautiful green eyes connected with mine and I sighed "it's supposed to be done when you're in love...not for power." I said, she nodded "But if this helps you take down Blue moon, it's worth it. So mark me." She said, pulling down her shirt to reveal her neck.

"Shit...This is gonna hurt"

"I know"

"There's no turning back from here"

"I know"

Charlotte's body was on my lap and I made the decision in my head.

This is forever now.
