1 I. Afterlife

All men dream, but not equally. Some people dream of having a happy simple life, but most people dream of wealth and power, and Jejomar is one of them.

A 21-year old guy named Jejomar Magtibay, a country bumpkin who went to the capital city at an early age for study and work opportunity. Now, he's a legal management graduate, an aspirant lawyer but was not fortunate enough to pursue Law studies. Unemployed but will never give up!

One day, he was about to go home from an unsuccessful job hunt when a heavy metal pipe fell from an under construction building, hitting him directly to his head while he was walking at the sidewalk.

"Putangina, I'm dead."

"I don't want to die yet! God give me back my life!!! It's unfair!"

'I'm Jejomar, named after Jesus Joseph and Mary. My name is so holy, yet God didn't let me enjoy life even for a while. Life sucks. I died without even tasting liquor drinks or never even have a girlfriend. I was a shut-in, untalented and aspirant for love and power.'

'I only see darkness now, maybe this is what they call Purgatory. Maybe I didn't do enough good deeds in my life to be in heaven and I'm also not that bad to be in hell. Well whatever it is, it ends here na. I hope I'll be promoted soon and be transferred to heaven, if thats even possible.'

After my long stay, I hear a voice that I cannot clearly understand in the darkness. The darkness that I see changed into a blur and it gets clearer to normal. I found myself standing in a queue line with other people, and I now hear a clear shout thats repeating every now and then, saying "You have served your sentence enough in the purgatory, its time for you to meet God. This is about your destiny, heaven or hell. Trust in God and he will make the best decision for you."

After long time of waiting in queue line, I'm almost at the end. I was so full of complaints or maybe excited, yet the people here have the same facial expressions and no one even talks. I find it weird, are humans really like this when they die? Well, I also found out that I cannot move on my own and even talk. At least I can think and have my consciousness.

I can see the end of the line and it looks like it has a small room where the one person enters at a time. I'm so excited that I even want to cut-in the line yet I cannot control my body and it moves automatically forward as my turn nears. This feels like a job interview or something, people takes a long time inside that small room. Maybe I should be nervious than excited?

"Next!" said the angel beside the door.

"I have read your biography, I find your previous life meritorious and in fact you should be in heaven if you had helped that drowning cat in the river from your last vacation. Nevertheless, I cannot send you to heaven nor am I going to send you to hell."

"Uhmm, so God where will you send me, back to purgatory? Can I have a bargain at least?"

"Lets see, according to your merits you can have 5 specific wishes at most, and those 5 wishes should be reasonable."

After hearing God, I was surprised and feeling more blessed. I guess my name jejomar contributed a lot of merits and then maybe God took pity of my life story. Well, God is being generous and God is merciful to his child. I thank thee.

"Okay God, please hear my wishes first and decide if its reasonable for my case."

"Go ahead, remember that I'll just consider 5 reasonable specific wish."

"First (1st), please transport me back to Earth but from the time of Roman Republic during the reign of Dictator Julius Caesar and as a son of Dictator Julius Caesar with my current consciousness intact."

"Okay son, I find your wish considerable but I cannot send you back to the Earth where you came from and alter that world's timeline. I can only send you to my new experimental dimension similar to Earth with almost the same timeline but I have made a few changes. And once I send you there, I cannot help you nor intervene with that dimension but I'll just be watching from here."

"I'm good with it, thats already generous of you God. I thank thee. My second wish is, I'll have all of the Earth's knowledge from my past life."

"I'm sorry child, but you do not want that wish since it will cause you more harm than good. Your head will explode upon receiving it."

"Oh I see, (2nd) how about making me immortal and stop my body's aging once I turn 27 years old."

"I can grant you a never aging body once you turn 27 years old, and as for immortality I can only grant you a fast healing passive ability depending on the severity of your injuries. I'll also grant you a perfect immunity from poison and diseases. Is that fine with you my child?"

"Of course Father God! I'm in no position to complain. As for my third (3rd) wish, I reconsidered what I said earlier... What about I'll have the access of the full potential function of the human brain, like I can remember stuffs no matter how small the detail is and I can learn quick, high IQ, analysis, logic, etc. How about it Father God?"

"You look desperate about knowledge, then I see no reason to reject that. I can just give you ability for the mind but I cannot give complete knowledge like you want. So you just have to learn it by yourself. I find that wish reasonable so I'll grant that."

"My fourth (4th) wish, hmm, please grant me the power of Geass, the power of absolute obedience of Lelouch Vi Britannia!"

"I can grant that but with the limit of nine (9) person and the person should understand the words that you say for the person to obey, no expiry but you can also release the person whenever you want and use it to another person. But remember, the limit of person you can use your geass is just nine (9)."

"Thats amenable, and for my fifth (5th) wish I want to have a super strength like Superman of DC comics with monster dick!"

"Quite perverted aren't you? Okay, what you said is equivalent to two wishes and you only have one (1) remaining wish. Which one will you choose?"

"How about we halve my wish Papa God? My super strength will be as weak as Captain America, or lets say an 'enhanced human strength' rather than Superman? And also an above average dick size."

"Ok Child, I understand that you never experience sex in your past life. I'll grant you your wishes."

"Thank you so much Great God! I don't know how to thank you more. This is more than I deserve!"

"You deserve that, you'll be sent to a place that is neither heaven nor hell. I hope you'll give me an interesting show to watch, don't waste my time and effort!"
