---3 weeks later---

after days of starving and looking for the way out of that endless deserted land where she woke up weeks ago.

she was finally in woods. it was calming for her.

lucifer vanished like he never existed.

" wasn't this what you wanted? " her wolf asked . Since the day three weeks ago , her wolf was getting weaker with every passing day . almost on the edge .

they both knew it won't be long for the day her wolf will finally disappears. Davina was living everyday with the guilt knowing that it was her own selfishness that will result in this. so she needed to find lucifer. according to her , he was the only way to save daeliah.

she can't go back to Alexander and Ethan yet , Daeliah was dying. there was no sign of Lucifer. she was feeling like it was all a mistake. her existence was a mistake but she can't give up. she won't this time. after all what she went through she will fight for what's hers.

she looked around to only met with endless trees surrounding her. but they looked a little familiar. her mouth went dry as her body started shivering. she took a step back as she realized where she was. it was alexander's territory. she stood there for what felt like hours until she finally stepped forward

with every step she was taking forward her wolf was getting angrier . like Daeliah wanted her to stop. to not go any further.

" Don't. " was the only word daeliah was repeating again and again. but Davina continued walking towards the border.

as she was getting closer , the sight of beautiful yet soft decorations of flowers all around the pack come into her sight. there was some sort of celebration going on in the pack .

Davina was feeling a tug in chest. she decided to stay hidden in the shadows to look around what was all going on. ? camouflaging herself in the crowd ,she came across many pack members with wide smiles on their face but she couldn't hear a word about what they all were saying

. it been a while since she hasn't been out in the living world .her wolf was still adapting to the surroundings . she couldn't comprehend what all was going on. ?

her eyes softened as it landed on a young kid . she was grown since the last time davina saw her . Davina looked around to find little Ethan but couldn't see him.

Davina's eyes fell on him but his back was turned on her . he has changed a lot. she couldn't smell his scent . her legs involuntary started moving towards him but suddenly halted as a girl around her age approached him wrapping her arm around his .

Davina's wolf was going wild. it will be a matter of seconds before she let her out and everyone present in the pack will be dead. but it wasn't what she wanted. it wasn't what she was here for. no matter how much Davina wanted to tear the limps of that girl, peel her skin of her body.

she remained silent until the voices of wolves around her landed in her ears. it was a mix but still she could understand them.
