Junho entered the agency as early as he could, as he walked towards the entrance he could see tons of people lining up, some were dressed extravagantly, some were dressed casually, he stopped to look at them and remembered how he was in their shoes too.

As he stopped he heard screams and shouts of his name, he waved at them and said to their best as he entered the building, as he entered he was greeted by a staff and told him to go to where the audition area was.

Junho headed there and was told to sit down along with the other scouts, Ms Mia then sat next to him with a smile.

"We were told you'd be replacing JYP today since he told us you have a better eye in catching special talents."

"I really don't mind it but hey I may have a different criteria than you guys."

"Then we'll leave on finding the special ones under your hands, alright let's start the audition."

The day went on, Junho judged objectively from a talent standpoint and he would never comment on anything just smiling, he knew his only role today was to pressure the auditionee's and his opinion was worth a little less compared to the actual trainers and evaluation committee unless he wanted to intervene then the committee will take his words seriously.

As the day went on and many auditions had passed he suddenly felt wanting to leave but felt he needed to wait more eventually.

"Hello everyone I'm Hwang Min-hyun"

Junho stayed, he remembered that Hwang Min-hyun had an agency and was part of 'NEXT' but didn't make the cut, Junho eventually decided moved at the committee's back not revealing himself, the committee immediately noticed it and looked at Hwang Min-hyun papers they then nodded and moved to hide him as well.

Woo Rhee a producer in the company coughed and began questioning.

"So you're Hwang Min-hyun, it says here you've been a trainee for Ledis Entertainment for two years, you've joined 'NEXT' and suddenly you're here in front of us."

"I left Ledis since they debuted a group without me, actually they cut me the day before they announced the final lineup."

"So you're saying you left because you didn't get to debut in their new group this coming season?"

"Yes."

"Was it related to your bike stealing incident back in middle school?"

"I think so, they never specified why I was getting cut I was just told I was getting cut."

"I see, I think it really is related to that but its been over a year since 'NEXT' was aired and they've produced one big star and one, I'll be diplomatic just a good group, aside from that since you were in NEXT and also almost made it in the cut being ranked eight for the boys how does it feel for you to see the success they've achieved?"

"I feel happy since most of the debuted members were my friends."

"And you aren't happy that your fellow trainee's from your old company get to debut as well?"

"I am, its just that it hurts to see them that's all."

"Alright no more questions from me, do you guys have any questions?"

Woo Rhee asked his fellow peers and they all shook.

"Alright Hwang Min-hyun showcase your talent."

"Thank you."

Hwang Min-hyun was then given a mic and a familiar song then played, it was a song familiar to almost everyone since it was the most sung song of every audition that they were sick of listening to it other than if they were to listen to the original.

The committee listened and let him finish the song without saying anything, after he was done they shortly looked at Junho, he then whispered to the committee.

"Ask him to dance it, I wanna see how he's developed."

Mia then nodded as she too wanted to see how good he was since it was only being sung.

"Hwang Min-hyun can you dance to the song?"

"Yes!"

"Alright play the original, I want you to play Junho's position."

The song then started as Hwang Min-hyun got ready in the center, as the committee watched him they stopped judging him immediately and let Junho have the final say on him, they also knew that the company would debut a new group later on and that Junho would have the say on who gets to be on board and not JYP.

After Hwang Min-hyun finished the song Junho was the only one who clapped as he stood up, Hwang Min-hyun as shocked as he saw a familiar face, he had spent one week together with him when they were at 'NEXT' and when he was still in the top five.

Junho saw how he had the skills and experience already and that with practice and the system will help him become even better than right now and aside from that he had a vision on creating 'Top Management in the future when everyone's schedule aligned.

"Come back tomorrow and when you returned find ask around where Division One is and tell them you're their to see Woo-Jin and once you meet him tell him I sent you."

Hwang Min-hyun nodded and smiled happily, he was then given an ID and escorted out of the staff, the rest of the committee then looked at him.

"You know."

"I know about it, he did it in middle school, everyone was young back then."

"But still"

"Everyone's past gets dug up eventually and its already been a year or more since it was revealed at least it wasn't bullying and I heard he eventually paid it back when we were on 'NEXT' of course I'll handle the shop myself."

"On the bright side at least its not a bullying scandal."

"And besides he has a great voice and if someone like Ji-yong had a drug scandal and bounced back to be one of the faces of the second generation what does it compare to his mistake? I'm not saying I'm tolerating it everyone makes mistakes and that we should give second chances to those who deserve it."

The committee nodded and didn't say anything else, they agreed that Hwang Min-hyun had the skills and also looked like he could fit well, they also knew if he could prove himself and that wasn't a bad thing too.

The day continued on and eventually Junho didn't find anyone else that could fit his group although he did see some trainee's that would become idols in the future but that was for the future as he was focused on the present.

As he left he received a call from his aunt, he was curious as to why.

"Junho."

"Aunt Ari?"

"Do you have a new product for us? I found the perfect model for male users, I think you get what I'm saying."

"If you really need one I can make one but I need to think for about a week or two."

"Alright I won't ask how you make it since I'm on the receiving end this time but."

"But what?"

"Can you let my model be under your agency? He says he wants to be an Idol too and that he's independently trained."

"Well let him come tomorrow, the auditions for today has just finished I'll tell JYP and the committee to evaluate him but where did you find him anyway?"

"I see, I didn't find him Hyeri did, she says she found him outside the toilet as he waited for a friend, she instantly dragged him and interviewed him."

"Alright just bring him tomorrow I'll be there, ah right speaking of TLive."

"We already have the contract and we'll set up the camera's for your division as well as donate some for your needs in the future."

"Thanks Aunt."

"No problem, I also need to come down there anyway to discuss with Woo-Jin about your branding contracts as well."

The two then talked for awhile before Ari said her goodbyes, as Junho was walking outside he suddenly had the urge to buy the Banana Milk again, he stopped and looked at the sky and sighed.

"Being an Idol really is hard but we'll all make through."
