At the same time, a handsome man who was exhausted due to the happenings for today just got out of the bathroom.

A towel covered his lower half and any girl who would see him would droll. The water was still dripping from his body and his messy and wet hair made him look sexier. His body wasn't huge as others yet you can see how defined it the body was.

He was getting clothes from his closet when he heard his phone's ringtone for WeChat. He pulled out any clothes from his closet so he can immediately check who messaged him.

As he was putting on clothes, he walked towards the dinning table where he left his phone.

[Zhang Lian: Thank you, I'm home now! I've read the news in Weibo. I'm sorry I couldn't control my fans.]

When he saw the message, the guy showed a mysterious yet warm smile. His eyes softened as he stare into his phone.

He recalled their conversation earlier at the Heaven Mansion, they promised that they would eat together in their next day off.

Li Zuo Jin picked his phone to reply and sat on his bed.

[Li Zuo Jin: It's okay. It's not your fault.]

The warmth in his eyes disappeared and was instantly replaced by a hint of sadness in his eyes as he remembered the rejection of Zhang Lian's fans.

As soon as Li Zuo Jin went out of the castles gate, he was blinded by the flash of the camera. There were a sea of people who talks simultaneously so he couldn't understand them.

Nevertheless, with the help of the crew, they were still able to move towards the parking lot.

"Is it that you are dating Ms. Zhang to boost your popularity?"

"Are you just dating Ms. Zhang to promote your drama?"

"Do you really have feelings for Ms. Zhang?"

"How was it to date the nation's ideal wife?"

Endless of questions were thrown to Li Zuo Jin, he was trying to ignore all the questions as his agency and the producer instructed him. He retained his smiling face toward the crowd.

As they were struggling to passed through the crowd, Li Zuo Jin felt something wet in shoulders. Obviously, it wasn't raining. Was it because of sweat?

He couldn't checked it as it was so crowded, a while later, it wasn't just in her shoulders. He also felt it in his hair.

"Someone is throwing a raw egg to Mr. Li!" A crew that assists him yelled as they tried to secured him more.

Whispers in the crowd can be heard. Nobody knows who threw a raw egg to Li Zuo Jin however they were sure that it was not someone from the media, it was most likely to be Zhang Lian's fans.

Boos from the crowd can also be heard, some were even laughing at what ha happened.

"You don't deserve our queen!"

"Stop using Ms. Zhang's name!"

"Break up with Zhang Lian!"

"You're just a lowly C-list actor, how can you date our Zhang Lian?!"

"Just a face! No substance!"

Bashes from Zhang Lian's dominated the crowd. The reporters on the other hand were busy taking note of current scene. This will surely be a good scope!

Li Zuo Jin was confused in the happenings however one thing is for sure, Zhang Lian's fans hated him. He felt disappointed in himself. He's trying to improve so he can match other actors in the drama especially Zhang Lian but he still wasn't good enough.

Li Zuo Jin was brought back to reality by the sound of his notification from WeChat.

[Zhang Lian: Can I call you?]

He stared at his phone for a while. Did he read it right? Zhang Lian wanted them to talk through phone? Is this true?

Li Zuo Jin bit his lips to prevent it from forming a smile. He felt nervous and excited, it was just a phone call, no big deal. They have talked before on phone but it felt different this time.

Should he reply first or should he call Zhang Lian immediately? He was torn between the two. Zhang Lian might be shocked if he called first, but what's the point of sending a message first if he also wanted to talk to her,

The alluring man earlier was tamed like a rabbit now. It was almost like the person earlier and the person now was two different person.

While he was hesitating, a call came through his phone and it was from Zhang Lian! Was he thinking too hard that he didn't noticed that it has been ten minutes since Zhang Lian asked him?

Nervously, Li Zuo Jin accepted the call. He exhaled before putting the phone on his ears.

"Li Zuo Jin?" A soft voice resounded in his ears which made him straighten up his back.

Stunned, Li Zuo Jin answered, "Yes!"

Zhang Lian chuckled could be heard, "Don't be stiff!"

Unconsciously, Li Zuo Jin's sit curved slowly, "Yes."

Although they were talking on the phone, he smiled softly as if Zhang Lian was beside him.

"About what happen earlier," Zhang Lian paused. The disappointed and sadness in her voice could be heard based on the tone of it, "I'm really sorry about my fans."

Li Zuo Jin smiled bitterly, "It's okay, it's not your fault." He said comforting his lover.

"Even so.. They're my fans.." She mumbled.

Li Zuo Jin chuckled, "It's really okay. It can't be helped if they hated me. I'll just do my best to become a perfect husband for you."

Zhang Lian didn't said anything, he guessed that she was blushing right now.

He suddenly realized what he had said, earlier he was so nervous to talk to Zhang Lian however he pulled a smooth pick up line. Since dating Zhang Lian, it seemed like he unconsciously changed his behavior so often.

Blushing, he said in low voice, "Sorry, I mean.. I'll really work hard so your fans can accept me."

Although he only meant to apologized, it sounded that he was seducing Zhang Lian.

"Mmm.." Zhang Lian was obviously embarrassed, "Let's work hard together." She added shyly.

There was another long silence. He didn't know what else should he say, should they talked about what happened earlier?

"Ah, Manager Tang called earlier." Zhang Lian suddenly said, "He asked if we wanted to clarify some things in the media.." She paused for a while as if thinking if she should continue what she was going to say, "..what do you think?"

"Manager Tang said that?" He asked to confirmed what he had heard.

Although they came from different entertainment, it was surprising that their bosses didn't tell them to break up and was even helping them to settle the issue.

"Yep. He said that we need to agree on this both. Once we gave a go signal, he'll talked to his management. We should also decide how we will do it, press conference, exclusive interview or interview in a TV show," Zhang Lian explained.

Li Zuo Jin pondered the pros and cons for a while, if they do it, it would clarify the confusion however, people would think that they just wanted an attention especially for their upcoming drama. If they didn't, people would continue to misunderstand their relationship. "Then let's do as soon as possible. We'll keep troubling the crew if the reporters keep coming into the shooting site."

"I agree on that. I wonder if it's possible tomorrow?" She asked innocently.

He only said as soon as possible but Zhang Lian said tomorrow. Was it possible? It's already 10 P.M.

"Can Manager Tang organize one at this hour..?" He asked unconsciously.

In the end, both of them just decided to agree that they should just let their managers decide on it since both of them weren't sure how long their managers need to organize one. The only thing that was settled was it would be a press conference or an interview at a TV show. This way the people can watch it and not just read it in a news paper, articles internet or in a magazine.

Li Zuo Jin hung up the call with a wide smile in his face. He felt that he was in cloud nine, hearing his lover's voice before going to sleep, it seems like he was going to have a good sleep.
