After getting permission from Marilag, Bagwis brought me to a park near Laguna Lake. I invited Liu Qing to come with us but he declined;

"This face is too known right now. I will only cause you trouble." was what he added which I couldn't really deny. He did have the face of Guardians' Lei.

I took a seat on one of the empty benches and scanned the surroundings. I couldn't help but be amazed at the picturesque sight spread in front of me; sparkling blue waters and lush green mountains. It made me forget about all the troubles me and my friends were currently in, but I immediately dismissed it. Bagwis excused himself and told me he would return. 

I fished out my phone and called my brother.

'I hope he's free right now.' I thought.

After three rings, Kyle finally picked up. We switched to video call and noticed that he still had make-up on.

"Were you in the middle of something?" I asked.
