19 The squad meeting part 1

Two days after Mark and me got Sergei and Yang Lei set up I hear that Bubba is getting out of the hospital and the sheriff asks me and Mark to take him home which we easily agree to.

When we reach the hospital I see Bubba sitting in a wheelchair with bandages covering the stumps where his left arm and right leg used to be while wearing a hospital gown and his trucker hat that says [Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition]. As we walk up he sighs a bit from sadness and says while forcing a smile to his face and says "howdy fellas y'all here to give me a ride home" I answer"Yes we are Bubba now let's get you in the car"

After getting Bubba in the car I turn and say "Bubba I want to ask would you like a job helping hunt down creatures like that bear we fought" he answers" Y'all are funnin me right I only one arm and leg how would I be of any use to y'all fellas"

"Simple Bubba I work for a secret part of the government whose main job is killing things like that Bearzilla and other such creatures so are you interested"

He thinks for a minute and says "What kind of benefits do I git fo workin with y'all"

"Well for starters I've got gear that can give you back your arm and leg while giving you gear that will help keep you safe while fighting so what do you say"

"Long as y'all ain't funnin me I'll fight beside y'all till hell freezes over so let's go git me new parts fellas so I can kill me some monsters hahaha" he says with a big smile and a booming laugh.

"Well alright then Bubba lets get you fixed up but just remember you can't tell anyone about what we do without asking me first otherwise I'll have to kill you I hope you understand"

"I git ya boss I can keep a secret"

After driving for a bit we arrive at my compound and introduce everyone " alright guys this is Bubba, and Bubba this big guy is Sergei formerly of spetznaz alpha group, the little guy is Yang Lei formerly of Chinese Intelligence, and you've met Mark, Carla ,and of course my bestest buddy Brutus"

"Nice to meet y'all I'm looking forward to working here" Bubba says while shaking hands with everyone including Sergei who gave him a big smack on that back.

"Boss can I ask vat happened to him" Sergei asks

I answer"Sure he rescued a little girl from a Bearzilla and held his own even after being mauled so I'm going to give him some prototype replacement limbs so he can fight along side us"

"Good idea boss zis man deserves a second chance no hunter should live as a cripple so go get him set up"

After Sergei finished I take Bubba to the lab where he starts getting scanned by the computer for his exact measurements while everyone else starts playing a round of some first person shooter game I can't identify and then I sit and nap so I can wait for the computer to finish measuring Bubba.
