Astarte wakes up and her grey eyes scan across her bedroom before sitting up in bed. She stretches her arms above her head and fixes some of her disheveled long white hair. She usually braids it at night but last night she was just so anxious to go to bed that she was still in her gown from the day before. Then a tall man with broad shoulders, who had the same white hair and gray eyes walks into her room, "Good Morning Azi, have we decided if we're in a better mood or not?"

She sighs and replies in a very sarcastic tone, " Why yes Hades. Since there has only been what..... five hours between our conversation I have completely changed my mind." Hades gives her a look of annoyance " You may call me Father, eventually all of us have to take a short brief tour on Earth with the humans. Your aunts and uncles have done it, I have done it." Azi starts to pull her hair into a bun on the top of her head and walks over to a black marbled vanity sitting on the bench she tilts the mirror to see her father's reflection.

" Thus the reason for all of these illegitimate demigods. Besides father today is my 18th birthday does it have to be today..." she gave him the big doe eyed pouting look no father can refuse. He grunted and rolled his head between his shoulders and turned to walk out of her room. "Tomorrow you leave for Earth. Pack your belongings and say goodbye to whom you must. Also you will be take Shini with you." Shini is one of Hades demons, they are invisible to the human eye, only a demigod of light or death can see them and of course all God's and Goddess feared them.

Shini especially right hand woman to Hades, besides her mother. She looks back at her reflection and uses her pointer fingers and runs the along the edges of the marble and mirror and the mirror starts to rust and shatters quickly. She was, "blessed" with the power of death and destruction. She use to follow her mother to earth in the spring time before her abilities grew. When she was 13 she caused a famine for the humans since she couldn't control herself yet.

She rises from the bench and opens the walk-in closet. "Damn... I am going to miss you." she mumbles. She has muscular frame and most of the time she wore gowns, rarely was she allowed in pants. Unless she was do a sporting event which that was the attire. Azi pulls on a rose gold dress that hung off her shoulders and corset back that tied with black threads, and finally she always wore her black chocker.

"As beautiful as always, what are the humans going to do with such beauty and Elegance in their midst" a young man's voice rang loudly through her room. She turns around quickly with a smile. It was the son of Poseidon and Aphrodite. He had messy blonde hair that was brushed over to the side and eyes as blue as the Pacific. His skin and looks were perfect he had a medium build frame and a jawline so sharp it could cut any woman's icy heart. He was stunning of course it was because of his mother.

"Leau, what are you doing here so early? Wish to tell me good bye before I leave for my 6 months my love?" she offers her hand and he half kneels kissing the top of her hand. If future plans roll the way they should he was her future suitor, and she was okay with this. Leau was handsome and funny and almost as powerful as her together they could rule any kingdom they choose to. "You know me well Azi, besides I brought you a treat!" he smirks a crooked smile that would make even a goddess melt. Azi squeals and reaches behind him playfully.

"What did you bring me, chocolate? Blood rose?" he grabs her arm and holds it above her head and spins her around. When she returns to face him it a sapphire adorned on a choker. "So you won't forget me in the human realm..." Her gray eyes light up and she touches it softly. "Leau any woman who could forget you is a fool." she touches his cheek softly with her hand then turns around for him to place the necklace on her. Placing her old one on her Vanity.

She spends the rest of her day doing as instructed packing and saying goodbyes to a few of her friends and aunts. Her mother is already at Earth for the spring time tradition she will meet up with her tomorrow. That evening she and her father both sit at each end of the dinning room table. It is a ten chair table in a marbled room with a blue fire burning in the fire place.

"Astarte...." her gray eyes look up from her soup to her dad. " I want to warn you to not use your powers much in the human realm. At least not in the open" he looks concerned. She smiles to him warmly, "Father I will be fine. I have better control now.." they both finish in silence, before a servant comes takes their plates and she retires for the evening. She changes to a sheer night gown she doesn't have large breast but they are perky under her front tied sleep gown. she pulls a rob over her gown. She sits on her balcony bringing her knees up to her chest and looks at the river of souls with the ferry man bringing the new souls in.

"Can't sleep?" she turns her head and sees Leau. He has a white unbuttoned shirt on that peaks his chiseled upper body. He stands behind her and kisses they back of her head and places his hand on her shoulders. She leans her head back on him and smiles. She feels safe and warm with him around, but she is almost longs for something else. Maybe this is her new start...
