Ye Delun stared at the messages longer than he needed to. It made sense why he needed to not be suspicious now. But now that he was the person he wanted to meet, then what was the point of playing this game anymore?

'I want to play a different game.' He said in his mind.

[Player can not exit mid chapter]

He frowned and held his face in his hands. This wasn't what he wanted, this isn't going to be fun at all.

"Are, are you all right?" A small voice next to him said. He turned his head and made eye contact with the girl playing the female lead, Yang Lan.

"Ah...." He froze. His mind thought back to before when his face was shamelessly buried in the woman's breasts. "I-I'm so sorry." He sniveled. "It, it wasn't my intention to defile you like that, I swear."

The player, Yang Lan, looked at the youngin's face, which looked like tears were about to come out of his eyes despite his serious straight expression. Before, when she saw Ye Delun not moving from his spot the game gave her an option to save him. She didn't mean to toss the man into her chest.

She watched the man in front of her and looked back at the character profile. to the side of him, taking up most of her vision.

Traits: Baby, Fearless, Taciturn

"My mom makes the best cookies, do you want one? Only the best for you."

A boy as ignorant as a deer fresh from the womb. Ye Delun was raised as mama's boy and is ignorant about all things that aren't thriller related. Although his 'fearless' behavior may seem charming, it becomes repetitive and has turned into nothing but straight dumb recklessness. But you seem to be entranced with his childish demeanor and naive self. Will the two of you be able to make it out of this trial together?]

'This guy is a capture target?!'

She looked at the 'baby' in front of her and put her hand on his shoulder. "Hey, hey, calm down, It was my fault in the first place. You're forgiven." She reassured. 'Although he isn't my type.' She thought. 'He's still kind of cute.'

"S-someone here is a murderer? Who!?" Yelled the plump man with sweat drooling down his face and into his tight collar.

"This is nonscene, there's no way this is real." The man across from Ye Delun remarked. He looked around the room, "Alright then! Come out cameras, this isn't funny. Do you know who you're pranking, if so then you better think twice before you continue hiding?"

No one came out of hiding. The arrogant man wearing gems as buttons, or as Host called him Li Yusheng, scoffed.

"As such as I wouldn't like to, I agree with the gigolo. There's no way this is real." The elder woman gave her own piece. Sitting with her legs crossed over each other with a look of disappointment on her face. Another young-looking woman who was standing at the side frowned at the improper language.

"What did you call me?" He exhorted.

"What? Am I wrong?" She gave him a wrinkly smile. "Or where those clothes not from your sugar momma?"

Ye Delun silently stayed quiet between the two, too awkward to interfere.

Li Yusheng stood up, enraged. "Old Hag! You better watch yourself before you insult me!"

Anger leaked onto her expression, "An Old-!"

"That's enough." Yin Meng interrupted. He moved away from his spot and walked forward so everyone can see him. "Now is not the time for useless arguments." He gave the woman an unsympathizing look. He stood in the center of the room all eyes were on him. "We only have around an hour left, no time to waste." He leaned against a side table and looked up at everyone with a freezing look. "Now, everyone, start introducing yourself."

"I'll go first." Xiang Tingfeng moved forward, his large stature intimidated the old woman to stop from speaking up. "My name is Xiang Tingfeng, I'm twenty-six years old, and I work at a family friend's business."

Ye Delun watched another profile show up on a panel in front of him.

Traits: Strong, Supportive, Affectionate

"Quick! Hide behind me! I'll keep you safe!"

A large man with a soft personality. Xiang Tingfeng has always been a gentle boy, never able to hurt a fly. That is if someone doesn't hurt the people close to him. He turned towards Kang Maixiu, "You should go too." He encouraged.

Kang Maixiu frowned slightly but stood forward nonetheless, "The name's Kang Maixiu, 24, I'm a medical student."

Traits: Reclusive, Cold, Cynical

"Everyone calls me beautiful...but to me, you honestly look better..."

Blunt and static, not to mention beautiful. Although Kang Maixiu has a hard exterior, he's actually very warm and kind inside. Next in line, the plump, sweaty man started, "My name is Xue Peng, I work as a high executive at Xinguh Inc. So don't think about hurting me! I have a large enough background to bring you down if you do."

Ye Delun waited for another screen to appear, but luckily nothing did. He was thankful that he wasn't a capture target.

Li Yusheng went next. "The name's Li Yusheng, age 24, I own a fashion company called TanJie."

A highly respected man in the fashion industry. He's known for his pompous attitude and skill with designing. But don't let his haughty behavior set you off, he's actually very sensitive and is embarrassed easily. Will you be able to tame him and free yourself from this nightmare?]

The company name they mentioned must have been very prestigious because the old woman from before paled and clenched her fists. Her long nails crinkled at the movement.

The woman who was standing at the side moved forward.

"My name is Shen Lin, age 28. I currently work as a barista, but used to be a soldier."

Ye Delun recognized the name, it was the person who didn't like how natural he was. She wore a simple cardigan and pants and didn't stand out much on her plain outfit, but the way that she stood straight and her shoulders back intimidated a couple of people in the room. Namely, the man who dabbed his face a couple more times with his handkerchief.

Traits: Stubborn, Independent, Strong-willed

'Transcend the odds???' Ye Delun thought. Was it perhaps the age difference? Or because the game was meant for a female...

Next, the elder woman spoke, " My name is Duan Li. 48 years young and I work as a personal assistant."

"My name is Yang Lan, nice to met you all." The young girl beside him started. "I'm 24 and I work with my mother in our family-owned diner." She scratched her cheek and smiled sheepishly, "It isn't much but it's comfortable."

Next in line, everyone looked to Ye Delun. To which he awkwardly put one hand up as a weird way to wave. "My name's Ye Delun. I'm-" Suddenly, a screen from the system appeared.
