1 The Start

On June 12, 2016 my dad told my mom he wanted to get a divorce. They signed the papers even though my mom was so upset. She started to hide the fact that dad left. She even got madder and madder, so she started to hit me and my little sister. My sister started to cry, but I tried to comfort her even though my mom hit me too. I had to go to school with marks all over my face. I had felt all different kinds of emotions. I was sad, mad and even embarrassed to go to school. After a couple of days of going to school with marks on my face, my teachers began to notice.
