12 HOHB - announcement/future changes...

Hello.

I am the author of 'The Hierarchy of High Bridge Academy.' Recently I have been in a personal dilemma while contemplating my future chapter, as I found myself stuck in a bind.

I have been writing In a peculiar type of writing style, for the past 11 chapters. At first, I thought it would be a cool style, (I still think so.) but I feel as it is holding me back.

Recently I have been struggling to try to make the visualization of my novel apparent. As I find myself thinking that it is too narrow, and only shows the main character's viewpoint and feelings.

Also, I feel that the only true emotions being shown are Damien's, and the feelings of the side characters are only expressed briefly.

In addition to this all, I have been reading the light novel 'The Beginning After The End.' While reading, I quickly fell in love with the writing style. It is simple, but it does everything correctly, for example, the action scene and the dialogue feel real and genuine and the flow is amazing.

While reading, I got a sudden urge to try to study this type of style, and try to do it in my own novel. In no way or form, am I trying to steal the stuff in TBATE, I merely want to try the writing style the author uses.

Lastly, the change in narration from the main character, to other side characters in TBATE is absolutely extraordinary. It gives the reader the chance to gauge the thoughts and feelings of other characters which I loved, and I will be adding that concept into my future chapters.

That's it.

Before I go, I felt that this change was needed, as well as the fact that it would provide me with more confidence and motivation, as I lack in both. Also, I skipped an upload date to post this instead. As I don't have a lot of readers anywho, I figured it would be ok.
