1 The Empire Of Loè
'It's painful' is the every day feeling I feel since the day I got transported to this weird place. The people keep on calling me 'princess' and their way of speaking is different from what I'm used to. But the fact that I understand them is weird also. A month ago, I suddenly woke up as this beautiful lady with Golden hair that shines! Yes, even me hated the fact that it shines because I can't concentrate to analyze the situation I am in. I keep on admiring this Lady's hair together with her diamond eyes that sparkle when light kisses it. Just who am I?! I only remember the day when I called my brother to stop drinking in our house. I'm sure I'm a twenty one years old college student in the Philippines living my not-so-exciting life. Before waking up as 'princess' I remembered someone pushed me from behind causing me to fall and then I woke up to be someone like this.
Someone is knocking. "U-hm..You may enter" I'm still not used to this.
A girl that seemed to be a maid because of her clothing entered. "Princess, His Majesty have called for you." She said while bowing the entire time. I wonder maybe because I'm supposed to be a princess here that no one wants to meet 'my' eyes? I'm sure this Lady's eyes are gorgeous though.
"I'm coming but let me prepare first."
"Of course, princess, do you wish for me to assist you?"
"Yes, please."
The whole month I became a 'princess' is still not enough for me to sink in if I'm still dreaming or not.
I made sure to study and asked for information that I need. Since this palace has a massive library, I learned the basics of their history first.
The Empire of Loè was blessed to have rulers who cares for the Empire's well being. Emperor Lucracio Krutz De Loè VII is the Emperor together with the Empress Cazia Riell Fe De Loè have ruled the Loè Empire with the grace of the goddes of Light, Gaea. But the Empress died right after she gave birth and named the Youngest Princess.
There are four total of Princes and three Princesses in the Empire of Loè. The Crown Prince, Ignacious De Loè, the First Princess Clea De Loè, the Second Princess Leehan De Loè, Second Prince Antacio De Loè, the Third Prince Kalisto De Loè, The fourth Prince Viènn De Loè and the Roellia Felicia De Loè
Long ago, the first emperor of the said Empire and the goddes of Light have created a vow to never forsake the wishes and cries of the people and to continue to serve the Empire they built. As an indication of their covenant, The first Emperor and his descendants have a unique mark on their backs. A Golden Sun with a Holy symbols of the goddes of Light surrounding it. It can be concealed if the marked one wishes to. I also checked my back and it definitely has the 'mark' described in the book.
The maid and I stopped in front of this massive doors embedded with golden pattern that is pleasing to the eyes. Wow. I wonder if it's real gold?can I perhaps sell this? Anyway, I'm nervous to meet the said Emperor. What does he want from me? Did he perhaps knew the fact that I'm really not his daughter? What if I will be punished! Like those in novels I have read. They will cut my head with the guillotine and I-
'Cess..'
"Princess?" The two guards are confused to my sudden paused.
"Ah yes uhm the Emperor requested for me"
The two guards looked at each other and then they open the door for me. Why can't they look at me in the eyes? Is my attire so weird? I gulped. I hope the Emperor will not doubt my acting.
"Greetings to the Sun of the Empire" I greeted the Emperor then bowed just like the Noble ladies I know from the movies. Fufu
"..."
Why isn't he responding?
"You may rise." His voice was stern. Please don't ask too much questions. I'm so nervous that my stomach is crumbling in panic too.
"Thank you Your Majesty."
"Have a sit" Is he a man of few words?
"Yes, Your Majesty." Wow. What a luxurious office! Everything is shining from the corners of these sofas and Every corner of this room. The bench is very comfortable too! As expected of the Empire's Emperor. My room is too luxurious for me but this office is on a different level. The Emperor himself is dashing even from old age, he doesn't look old at all.
"I heard you started to read books." Oh my, here it comes.
"Yes, Father."
"..."
...I'm dying!! Why did I call him Father? Did I just commit Treason?! Please spare me!
"How are you feeling?"
'Huh?'
What feeling? No way..
"I-I'm feeling great your Majesty." I think I know why he ask how am I feeling. Maybe it's because No one outside the Main Palace knew my existence. I mean the existence of this lady that my soul is into.
Roellia Felicia De Loè. She must be depressed not being able to go outside the Palace. She's like a beautiful exotic bird trapped inside her cage. I was trapped here for a month and not being able to go outside this place is..! Is...well, this palace is Huge and it has all I need! I don't think I will be bored for the next five years?
"Your eyes, do they still hurt?" Oof! The emperor is worried is he? It's actually good to know that the Emperor is at least worried about Roellia. He trapped her inside this Palace, how cruel he must be if he doesn't care about his Youngest daughter right? Right.
"They don't anymore, Your Majesty."

"What about the late Empress Your Majesty?"
"You look just like her." What. What?
"I- I see" *Ehem* I feel flustered all of the sudden.
Why praising me all of the sudden? The memories I have as Roellia are still not clear but I just know that she's not so close with His Majesty. Right. I still have to remember all her memories if I wanted to keep being alive here.
